Vibration Hotel

The location of the hotel was great! In the centre of Hikkaduwa, very close to shops and restaurants.

Room was very hot, Air con & fan barely worked made the 2 night stay very unbearable. Asked reception if they offered laundry service and was told no. Asked the reception if they could arrange a taxi for our onwards journey and got told no.

1. The bathroom's window was open plan so the bathroom was full of mosquitoes.2. The window in the room was partially broken so the room was full of mosquitoes.3. The bathroom door couldn't close and as I was traveling with a friend one of the two of us had to be outside ... And the mosquitoes were able to roam around bathroom and room with joy. (I do understand that this is what you get in a tropical paradise but outside and not in the room that you paid to have broken Windows. )The ladies at the reception were simply horrible, lack of English and communication skills and laughing when we talked seriously.... I have no words to describe thatI don't suggest the place or at least the room 12 and their services The plugs were placed in the most unwanted spots lacking of comfort

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The Friday night Valentines party was great fun.

The room smelt a bit damp and there were no towels in our room on arrival. The staff did bring some when we asked. It seemed a little pricey compared to other similar places.

Room, Pool and Breakfast was very good.

I have stayed here many times over the years. I always love the Friday night party. Was soo happy to be staying on one of the newly refurbished rooms on the top floor. Well done vibration hotel.. investing money to modernise the hotel. I will be back again very soon

Good location near restaurants and the beach

Rooms could do with some attention, the budget ones didn’t feel super clean and there were a lot of mosquitos. We were told about the party on a Friday but it really is that loud that you can’t really sleep until it’s over so you’d need good earplugs.

Had a lovely new years here! The breakfast was delicious as was all of the other food. Staff were brilliant the whole time and even helped remove a big spider from our room ?! The facilities are brilliant and so beautiful. Loved the garden and pool area so tranquil. Brilliant location right near the beach restaurants and shops!

It’s in the city centre, the Vibration club is happening and the service, the maintenance of the room is excellent.

If you want to feel real Sri Lanka vibe choose Vibration! Ocean is across the street, club under the balcony and Japanese restaurant in the hotel, what else one needs for the best vacation? ? Staff is suuuper friendly, we loved everyone so much just dont wanted to leave, but we will be back ? ??

Good Location, right across the beach, rooms were clean, staff friendly and prompt, pool was nice if you are not in the mood for the waves and the crowds from the beach

Pool gets dirty from the trees and vegetation and it’s not regularly cleaned but overall, it offers privacy and you can spend quality time there and relax without disturbance from staff, etc

Nice pool area, nature decor, and intimate. Nice common areas. Beautiful room, Greek style. Awesome to stay during the weekly party. Your room opens to the dance floor practically. Beach across the street.

The loveliest place I stayed in Sri Lanka at. The room was clean, cozy and very spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the owner is always around and is super lovely and attentive, always making everyone feel at home. The location is really convenient and the hotel has a great area to chill and hang out when you don’t want to go out.

Great location, right across the road from the beach, lots of restaurants right outside the hotel

Hotel pool didn’t have a bar close by and no staff close to get extra towels.Room didn’t have hot water for our 3 day stay, complained was told to turn the tap in the opposite direction and run it for 10min - ran water for 20min still not hot water, not offered a room change, discount or a credit at the hotel restaurant - only on last night was offered a shower in another room on lower level to use for one shower.

Beautiful room and also very clean! The pool was also very nice. After checkout they still let us use the pool and showers for the entire day while they looked after our bags.

They offered us free breakfast if we cancelled our original booking, which we didn't want to do because of cancellation costs. A very nice offer but a little weird considering the cancellation costs.

Great location, best beach area just passing the road in 50m. Wide range of indoor facilities. Tasty breakfast. Pool. Comfortable beds. Terrase with sun-chairs. Cool Friday parties. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Good location, close to the beach and the main street, super spacious room, good aesthetics, friendly staff

Third bed in the triple room has a mattress for kids and hence not suitable for three adults. If you don’t ask, room will not be cleaned. Was unfortunately forgotten even though we have asked.

The price the staff and the location were amazing.

The loud parties on Thursday nights

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They played thumping music until 11pm. No wonder they call it vibration hotel. Definitely find somewhere else to stay. It’s also infested with mosquitos. Air con didn’t work when I arrived and had to change rooms.

Loud Music till 11pm. Mosquitos. Untrained staff. Poor showers. Uncomfortable bed.

Room was great, clean, good air-con, location was perfect, great beach over the road, the Friday night party in the nightclub / garden / live music venue was amazing. Additionally the staff, both when I was there and when I needed to contact them after I had left were beyond helpful.
