room ok. breakfast was great!. lunch and dinner had less varieties. beach near the hotel was not ok to swim . other amenities like swings, sun beds pool was great.

I liked the location, rooma rates compared to others, proximity to beach. Especially liked the smiling customer service at the reception, by Ms Ishara, being a last minute booking wasvwry accomodating and helpful gave me the right solutions

Rooms were not clean, check in was delayed, rooms were small, the pool was not maintained and there were broken tiles in the pool some children got cuts as well.

Great location, beautiful sea view, big room, wonderful pool , massive breakfast buffet choice, in my opinion outstanding value for money

There was nothing I didn't like about this place, I stayed an extra 2 days.

4th floor sea view is lovely. Location and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel is not worth for the value we have paid. It is difficult to contact Hotel facility the number providing booking.com also wrong they charge very expensive amount for staying but not delivering value. Buffet in the night and the morning was not well organised and have a limited Food .the room and the quality of the room also not good. I don’t want this type of studying Booking.com as I am a genius member I was and this is my terrible stay for all life.

Room, furniture ,and location is good. Had a nice sea view.

Pool is too small, half of it is deep, so only a half is usable and it’s crowded by locals.Mini fridge, safety locker, and water heaters were not working properly.Buffets are small (all Breakfast, lunch , and dinner) Not the best area of Hikkaduwa beach.

The property is very worn out, the look equipments and infrastructure is old. The F&B staff are very tried, you see them in the morning, lunch and dinner. They are the same staff. It’s very sad. The reception was not welcoming and didn’t explain the staff properly only seek for payments. The only comfort in the room was the AC system. Room was so dirty as well as the bathroom. When you take a shower. Water goes everywhere as the silicone was non existing. The pool surrounding looked to dirty.

The hotel looks dated and in need of a refurbishment including its stick of towels. Therefore it is not good value for money.
