Amaya Beach Passikudah

The Food and Beverage Manager and the Executive Sous Chef went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. The best in Customer Service I have experienced in any hotel, including the 5 star hotels in Colombo.

I liked it all. The food was awesome, and the staff was exceptional. You are the best! I wish I was able to stay there longer. The value is exceptional. Keep up the good work!

Beach was beautiful and Breakfast was great, also I purchased separately from the hotel Dinner and Lunch.

They were not able to get connecting rooms and I was told if I had booked directly with them on their website I would have been able to get it.

Amazing location , rooms and setting . Friendly and obliging staff. Building sprawls over large area by the beach and is open and airy.

Nice variety of food for buffet but not as tasty when compared to other similar hotels I have stayed in Sri Lanka .

Amazing view and a perfect location. The place is nice, calm, and offers great facilities. Truly worth the money and highly recommended!

Not enough lighting in the bathroom and needs more food choices and need a face towel and amenities such as slippers, The hotel should clean the Corel and the sea shells to make the experience more pleasant

Great stay and location good as well as food

We were told our driver couldn’t have accommodations due to no availability but another driver came in after him and was given accommodations. Definitely don’t think that was fair after being told it was first come first serve.

Lovely hotel on beautiful Pasikudah beach. Rooms were really clean and large. The breakfast was very good. Hotel pool and grounds were perfect for a relaxing few days from our busy Sri Lankan schedule.

The first room allocated to us was right on top of the beach bar with loud music until 10 pm.We asked for a room change and the staff accommodated our request and moved us to a quieter room.

Amazing location with a relaxing vibe. Very comfortable beds and rooms. Amazing staff and great food specially breakfast. Highly recommend.

The location was great. This is our second visit within 6 months. We love the resort and the people who work there. Very friendly staff. Some of them went above and beyond-Lojanan and Suthagaran in house keeping; Reynold Gajandran and Sangeethan at valet and Lojan in the dining room. These hopper and the omelette chefs were amazing too. Sorry did not get their names.

My room could have been a little closer to the front lobby. Now I know the layout I will request it next time.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at pasikuda .Nice buffet was there and very friendly staff with clean and comfortable ..

Some room amenities you have to request ,like dental kits and saving kits.Also hotel manegement should be more careful about the rules of the swimming pool. Some muslims and locals getting to pool without proper swimming suits.

Impeccable service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, perfect pool and one of my favourite beaches in the world. Honestly paradise. Also super family friendly without compromising class.

Can't explain. We enjoyed every moment. Nice isolated place to get relax. Enjoyed a lot. I hope that will visit again Sri Lanka and Amaya.

Loved everything about this stay. It was very relaxing. The hotel has used the land and the private beach area in the most efficient manner. Very picturesque with the blue colour waters, we took a lot of photos! You can either swim in the private beach of the hotel and see corals, or walk over to the public beach without corals. The pool was good, lounge beds spreaded over the area provided a nice place to experience the wind and the sunsets. There was a lot of guests at the hotel but it did not feel overcrowded. Staff are very polite. Buffets were nice. They also had a place to play board games. Also jet ski, paddle boats etc were offered for additional charges. Staying for more than 1 night was a good choice. Will definitely go again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks, the location is amazing.The beach and sea at that place are protected by some reef, which means the water are shallow and without currents. Perfect for snorkelling all day.Staff is very friendly and always extremely helpful.Facilities are flawless, room are spacious, bathroom are perfect.Breakfast is very good, big choice.Recommended to anyone in this location.

Do not go with a child.

The food was very bad. Noting to feed to a kid. Even cannot compared with a 4 star hottle. Even roadside small shops serve better food than them. If you really want to go book B/B and get food from outside.
