This was such an amazing hotel in every way! But what I would love to highlight more than anything is the efforts the staff make to address any and every need you have. I personally want to make sure I name Leon and Tom for being so supportive and making so much effort in making my stay incredible! I cannot wait to visit China and Zhangjiajie again and will definitely stay here every time! Furthermore, the location to the National Forest Park is unbeatable!

The hotel is large and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that made our stay pleasant and restful. The service was consistently good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance.It was also very easy to get a taxi from the hotel, which made getting around stress-free. The location is convenient—just a short drive from the entrance to the forest park, which was perfect for our visit. There are also plenty of shops, local eateries, and convenience stores nearby, so we had no trouble finding food, snacks, or anything else we needed during our stay.Overall, it was a great base for exploring the area, and we appreciated the comfort and support the hotel provided throughout our trip.

We decided to dine at the restaurant in the lobby and ordered a pizza. However, it took almost an hour for our pizza to be ready, even though there were only three other tables ordering at the time. After waiting for quite some time, we asked if they could bring the food to our room. When placing our order, we specifically mentioned that we didn’t want any meat or ham on the pizza, as we don’t eat pork. Unfortunately, our request wasn’t taken seriously, and we were served a pizza with both ham and meat. This was quite disappointing, as we had clearly communicated our dietary preferences.However, the manager came to our room and apologized for the mistake. She immediately instructed the kitchen to prepare a new pizza with no meat, which we appreciated.

very nice hotel, staff was very friendly l, especially Tom Dong who helped us contact our next hotel. location is very close to the east gate of the national park and speaks very good English.

The pool and sauna was closed for maintenance.

True Chinese 5 star! breakfast was horrible and crazy one! People like a true Spartan! have fighting for food, cheers and “place under the sun”? i arrived to breakfast at 9:00 and restaurant hadn’t food already! i took so many pictures! Big shame for true Crown Plaza!

Staff service is very good. Especially front desk staff Alson. He went out to help me with my extension of stay which has a bit of complications due to my booking online.

Executive tooms comes with lounge access. Not very clear whether the executive rooms comes with breakfast which most hotels will provide

Great location, modern hotel, good breakfast selection, especially in the club lounge! They upgraded our room from an executive king to a suite, which was fantastic!

The property is still “in between” owners, our room keys say crowne plaza, some signs say Neodalle, our taxi driver called it naballi and soon it will say Hyatt.

The location is excellent. It’s closed for everything. The room is clean and the bedding was comfortable without any odd smell. Its full bathroom is modern and well designed. The buffet breakfast was high quality. The cleaners did the very good job for keeping the room clean. The most impressive part is the staff service. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Alisa Xiang is a such sweet girl. She gave us a big smile and detailed help. When my husband got sick, the manager with staff delivered a special meal to our room. Our hearts were melting.

Breakfast: a huge room with a lot of food (mainly Asian). Quality of food (both asian and western) was below average.Breakfast room is huge and food is scattered along several locations, please ensure you look around!Cleanliness is below average. Aircon is almost turned off during the day. They turn it on at night.Mainly tourist hotel, so sometime the lobby and breakfast room is very crowded (mainly senior Korean guest: they like ZhangJaJie very much!)Wifi did not work in hotel lobby. It was working in the room (you still have to use VPN to reach most western websites) but the speed in the evening is very slow.

They have inconvenient policy which they switch the AC every day from morning until evening.During this time it’s really hot inside the room. The internet connection was so bad and slow.
