Great location near base of Tianmen cable ride. The facility has very unique style rooms. Room reminds me of like a tree house with its own charm.

Beds were very hard. Stairs to rooms on 2nd floor is very steep, not recommended for elderly folks. A bit hard to find, since in an alley way, but Hotel sign is in English. Amap lists hotel under ‘Butterfly Love Flower”

Loved the layout of the place. The room was very tasteful. The staff was very helpful. Had a minor issue with DiDi and the solved it. Location is great. Walking distance to cableway, many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Loved the place.

The hotel staff is so cute and nice. The hotel has real Chinese ambiance, rooms look great and its comfortable, location is exceptional, 1-2 minutes walk to Tianmen Cableway station. Street is full of restaurants, there are several supermarkets near hotel. Guy on reception desk offered us to try very expensive Chinese tea, we were surprised of his nice gesture:) Thanks for such a great experience staying in this hotel.

There was no hand soap in bathroom:/ we used showergel instead. But I see this is very common in China not having hand soap

Originally chose this place because we were staying in Zhangjiajie for just one night — and for the location and price, why not? There weren’t many reviews or pictures of this place, so I figured I’d give it a shot, and wow, did it deliver.I didn’t expect how much it offered or how genuine the vibe was.What I loved most was the location and the hidden surprise of the hotel’s environment. It’s technically down an alleyway, which gets you away from all the noise and buzz of the busy area — a true hidden gem. The employees were so nice! At one point I saw the front desk guy in town and say hi tome! Seems like a family owned Hotel! There’s a back lounge area, a temple-style house, a pond, a smoking area, a book corner, and a coffee spot — all outdoors, with no tourists. Honestly, the only complaint i can give this place is the fact is NO else was staying here.Seriously other than that this place was magic

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The location is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and the entrance to the Tianmen mountain cable car is just around the corner.Rooms are well taken care and clean. Staff is so helpful with recommendations about where to eat and where to go. I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Zhianjianje!

It’s kind of interesting, rusting looking, across the Tianmen cable car station.Nice toiletries , clean, towels changed every day, water bottles given every day

The bed was incredibly hard, thankfully I was exhausted and had trips booked early mornings , so I managed to sleep for 5 hrs uninterrupted, but woke up earlier than the alarm I set because of back or shoulder pain. It’s almost at the end of street , so no taxi will take you up to the hotel, it’s 5-7 min but there’s a very tiny sign showing where to turn right and the internet can be very poor, understandably with all the mountains around.If you have heavy luggage, might not be the best place as narrow stairs are involved .There’s no shower delimitation or anything, so when you shower all bathroom floor will be wet, and will take forever to dry out.Nice to have a kettle in the room , but no tea/ coffee/ sugar .The guy at the reception was very unenthusiastic, he added me on the WeChat if I needed anything but when I sent him a message, no response for 8 hr and I actually had to message him again

The hotel is in a very good location, close to public transport and the cable car to Tianmen. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. No breakfast is served but there are many options nearby for food.

Comfy and quaint accommodation. Excellent location for Tiananmen Mountain and great street food and restaurants right beside.Staff were great.

This small hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station entrance. There are numerous small restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and provided excellent service by storing our luggage both upon arrival and on our last day, as we had a late-night flight to Shanghai. I strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers

There is no elevator in the hotel.

Very beautiful place, central and close to the cable way station. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, and the place was one of the cheapest we tried despite the quality is the place still being high. Very decorative AND we were allowed to play with the owners border collie.

Room was a bit cold (it was winter) and took a while to hear up.

The room was very nice and the bed comfy. We booked attractions through the hotel and all worked out prefectly and the communication was very easy in advance. The staff couldn‘t speak english when we arrived but thanks to translators we got a lot of useful informations for our visit.

Sadly, we got informed on the day that we arrived that we couldn‘t stay for our last night because they closed for new years. This should not be communicated and decided only two days in advance. The hotel was on request willing to transfer our luggage for free to our new place, which was nice.

Difficult to find for non-Chinese. Like everywhere in China, Google Maps is unreliable. Ask for photos of the hotel's street in advance.

Location, staff were great, very helpful.

Unfortunately the room isn’t a great choice for winter time. The building containing the rooms old concrete and just doesn’t warm up, especially as the room floors have no coverings. We had to use the heater continuously but the room never really became comfortable. The shower was ok, but the overhead didn’t work and the bathroom had no heater so, once again, it was particularly comfortable.

The log cabin style decor is great. Good location. Staff were helpful. Very clean.

Central position, extremely close to the Tianmen Cableway. The staff was awesome, they booked tickets for me both for Tianmen Mounitain and for the National Park and they helped me for better understanding how to move in the city... In the evening it was a great stay sitting outside for a while in a little frontyard to relax and enjoy the silence...I had a perfect stay

It was a little complicated to find the place looking on google maps, but in the end the map perfectly match...

When I first found the hotel, it was like "WOW", amazing style, traditional achitecture and all. Very friendly staff. Since the main reason for staying there, was going to the Tianmen Mountain the day after, the location only a few minutes walk away from the cable car station was "bulls eye". It's also only a short drive from the 72 strange buildings, the Zhangjiajie West railway station and the Zhangjiajie airport. Rainee, at customer service was excellent both before and during my stay. She helped order tickets for the different attractions (Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest park and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon/glass bridge). I also got help sending the luggage to my next hotel.

I stayed at the Butterfly Flowers Inn both before and after visiting the Zhangjiajie National Forest park. The first night, I lived on the fourth floor, and there was this really loud, annoying beeping sound coming from somewhere in the corridor. The second stay, was on the second floor. Here, an annoying "buzzing" sound from some electrical fuse or relay-box could be heard all night. Both times I was able to make "earplugs" from toilet paper, so it ended up being OK after all. It was also hard to find the location of the hotel on any maps, based on the "Butterfly Flowers Inn" name. You had to use the Chinese name.

Beautiful traditional Chinese architecture and interior decoration. Hotel is located slightly off food street and short walking distance to Tianmen cable car station. Bedroom is spacious, clean and comfortable.
