Run down old cottage with no river view. Antique safe deposit box that was locked. Bathroom sink with only cold water. Big black ants on floor. No phone in a room to contact front desk. Small smart TV had no signal.Many monkeys around cottage.

Located on the river Great tubing adventure

Bridge was out and had been for 1 month making hotel access very difficult. Food was Terrible. Service barely adequate. Beds were rock hard.Left after one night.

Stayed for 2 nights with our 18 and 20yr old boys before Khao Sok lake stay. They had half the duplex and we had the other, way up high on the hill overlooking the complex and valley. Gorgeous scenery! Beds are pretty hard but we still slept well. Windows everywhere in the room make it very nice. Monkeys are indeed everywhere and are fun to watch, but be very careful if you are carrying food back from the village- they recognize snack food bags like chips and will try to take it from you. If it's in an opaque bag or backpack you are ok, but once my son was just carrying an unopened bag and they attacked him for it, he actually had to kick and fight it to keep it off him. There are dogs around that try to scare off the monkeys and even with our experience, we'd go back. They left us alone mostly and are fun to watch sitting on the roofs and balconies and jumping/playing all over. The staff are experienced scaring them off with slingshots and poles lol. The included breakfast is very good and many choices. Pretty location riverside. Complex is landscaped well with pretty flowers and there are always people cleaning the grounds. Laundry service was easy to utilize, dropped off before 9am and picked up at 4pm. Location right in the middle of the village couldn't be better, great wood-fired pizza next door. Night safari tour picked up from hotel lobby. Friendly staff :) Would definitely return!

mini golf course looked like it used to be so pretty, but had fallen into disrepair. we didn't attempt to play for this reason.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

The water system was quite slow, and the room had a slightly strange smell. I’m not sure whether it came from the room itself, the bedsheets, or outside.

- the location - rooms are clean- availability of the staff and they are so lovely- easy to book tours and taxi/vans

- Pillows are too big and hard for small heads- The Fridge is noisy at night

Cute little place on a river. We did not have much time there but wish we had a little more to explore. Area was nice, very close to Khao Sok national park and had many activities available very near the hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

There are a lot of monkeys but we were warned about this.

Great location. Near the park entrance and near many shops and restaurants. I love seeing the monkeys too.

The electricity went out on our last night and stayed off until we left. So there was no air and not hot water for the shower.

The location is close to the Khaosok National Park entrance and many choices of restaurants. Monkeys visited our balcony and one feels close to nature. The staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet was simple and adequate, try the fresh cooked pancakes!

Location was excellent- a few minutes walk to the park and the village. The staff were lovely.The door to our room had a big gap and we had to stuff it with towels to keep out mosquitos. The shower was poor and the water was barely lukewarm.

The accommodation was large, big bed, fridge, separate dressing area and bathroom with a good shower. Nice outdoor space to sit and read or enjoy the view. Activities could be planned through the reception - the half day hike and the lake day were great and Mafia our tour guide was lovely and adapted the tour to suit my husbands love of spiders! Breakfast was good and had lots of variety!

There were two occasions where we were trapped in the accommodation for a little while due to a family of monkeys trying to get inside and waiting at the doors. Eventually they moved on but this was stressful! They also spent a lot of time waiting around the swimming pool so we did not try it out. Nothing the resort can do as they are wild animals of course but good for people to be aware of!

The property was in a great location, easy access to tours, restaurants etc! It also has great potential.

Very run down. Buildings unfinished, garbage all over & pool was very dirty the day we got there.

Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast. A/C works well. Wi-fi too.6 minutes walk to the park HQ.

Activities are a bit pricey.

Property has a great location adjacent to the jungle and 100 meters near the entrance of the national park.You will get the jungle vibe as there are monkeys running arround during the day in the resort !

Location, comfort room, beautiful scenery of trees river and monkeys on the balcony.

The whole place looks shabby with old broken houses on the way to the area of our bungalow. Took huge deposit for key but when we checked out let us forget about it.

Great location to food and perfect for a night in between travels!

One day was too noisy with some kind of celebration on a bus parked inside the property until 11 pmMy wife had her speaker lost from her luggage the last day of our stay

It's a beautiful hotel and I also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I love the grounds and the monkeys. The staff were beyond helpful and when my taxi didn't show up in the morning, they drove me to the bus terminal. Highly recommend this place, great value and so enjoyable.
