Capital O 89344 Labuan Avenue Hotel

Staff okay..friendly & helpful.. the pantry & the room very clean..comfortable great to stay here.

very good and strategic location

Staff not friendly, The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and arrogant.

Nearest to Jetty Terminal, surrounded by restaurant, marts & others facilities.. will stayed again next time

Still got hair on the floor in my room

Location in town centre. Near to jetty. Near to all amenities especially Chinese coffee shops. Drinking water provided outside the bedroom., near the stairs.

No toilet paper provided on second day. No kettle provided for hot drinks. No lift in the hotel. Walking up the stairs with luggage to second floor.

A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR LABUAN HOLIDAY THOUGH I ONLY STAYED FOR ONE DAY. VERY CLEAN. TV HAD ONLY ONE CHANNELL.. GREAT BONUS A SORT OF BREAKFAST IS OFFERED INCLUDED AND THAT WAS AMAZING. WILL RETURN TO LABUAN AND DEFINETLY STAY HERE TERIMAH KASIH

Fantastic location just a block away from the ferry terminal. There's lots of restaurants and stores close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is relatively clean and WiFi works well.

The room gets a bit stuffy even with the AC running. In a room with no window it would be nice to have light switches or some small lamp next to the bed, so you don't have to get up and walk next to the door to turn the lights on.

Friendly staff. Clean place. They provide drinking water hot and cold. Snack, coffee and tea. All there, cutlery, microwave and toaster for use.

The staff is very nice and helping and caring and all. The room and bathroom was clean. I din't have a window, but that's what you get with the cheapest category. I was still happy with my choice since you can walk everywhere on the island from the hotel.

Nothing to complain about. Internet was out one day and it took the night to get it fixed.

This location offers the convenience of being close to the center of everything. The accommodations are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The air conditioning unit does make some noise, which might be noticeable to light sleepers. It is a minor issue, easily overlooked given the other positive aspects. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay.

not pleasant

I stayed on the ground floor, the room atmosphere was not good. Too noisy from aircon sound and theres always sound (like aircon or running water etc) throughout the night. barely enough sleep

there is a good place for us , nearby feri and many shop easy to looking ..

Great location. We did lots of walks around the town centre. Stairs were good exercise too. Staff very helpful. Tea station was well stocked. Air con worked well.

Location wise. Reasonably clean. Staff was helpful and considerate.

Thin wall i think coz can easily hear noise. But this is ok m normal.

Location is very strategic, The staffs were very friendly, Very clean, good facilities, space for Double delux is very big

TV shows only 2 channel, if possible can upgrade to better (Netflix/ more channels)Hair dryer not in roomThe towels if possible must smell niceWifi need to be good/ experienced 1 night without Wifi

We had an absolutely amazing time at Labuan Avenue Hotel. The rooms were spacious for 4 pax room (double queen room). The staff were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that there's no lift, you have to climb the stairs to reach our rooms up to level 2. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

The only thing that was disappointing was that no lift found for 2 stories hotel.

near shopping area & restaurants

there's no kettle in the room.

Staff politeness

Aircond not cool...seems no maintenance carried out periodically...only 2 channel available in tv.

Location was good, near to shopping area and restaurants

It would be good if this hotel has lift especially to those rooms on 3rd floor

I like the room...clean & big... Counter staff is friendly...near to ferry terminal...affordable price...
