Fratini's Hotel

The hotel stay was good value for money, conveniently located near many restaurants, Financial Park (mall), and close to the ferry terminal.

Good for family.. Room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. This is my second time staying here with my family. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. I am so grateful.

1. Bad smell from toilet.

The room is perfect can fit in 4 of us, helpful and friendly reception.

Very spacious space and suitable for those who come with family. The room is clean and very comfortable. The room smell great and i really like the big double bed and the was so comfy. The pillow also so fluffy. I like everything and will definitely come again. Recommended.

The faucet in the bathroom sink is broken and needs to be repaired. No ironing board provided.And one thing i don't like is that there is no lift here. So, 4th floor is quite tiring to go up and down.

The room smells of musty odours due to mould on the walls and dampness on the wooden patch.

the air-condition was not working well.. it could not handle the size of the room as the power is too low and it was not cold at all. i had to ask for a standing fan to accommodate the heat

Hopefully, there is staff that would help to carry bag and stuff since there is no lift ? bcause when guest came to labuan, they bring just a few bag.. but when they check out, a lot of stuff and many bag to carry.. i lost my energy to going up and down to pick up our stuff..

The location is good if you want to stay around the city. Easily to find food and restaurant. Shops are nearby. Very good place to stay.

Spacious place, toilet, beautiful view of the city! comfortable sofas and beds.

The staff was really friendly, and they even helped me print my ferry ticket.

We were on fourth floor without any lift, and our toilet didn’t have a lock and we can’t fully close it, the aircond was functioning badly and last but not least, the light suddenly blinked during midnight, the window was suddenly opened fast as if there was a supernatural thing going on.

The area nearby has been turned into a food haven! It's Ramadhan time, and street food are aplenty, with a fiesta/ carnival like atmosphere.

Located at the heart of Labuan

Everything. Stay for 3 night but only have 1 bottle of drinking water. Toilet and bedsheet dirty. Smelly entrance

The room and toilet were spacious. Easy to slot the hotel and there is parking lot available next to the hotle.

We booked a room for 3. The sofa bad was sooo thin that I can feel the metal. The floor not very clean. So hard to adjust the water heater. It became hotter by minutes.

location only.After covid the hotel is very run down.

Toilet seat was stained with dark colour and have changed it.Toilet door was rotting under the door. For a deluxe room is small.Hotel rate is high for that standard. The reception area is smelly.

Staff is very friendly

The room is a bit old, bed sheet is a worm. There ia water leak in the bathroom ceiling, ceiling also cracked. There is no elevator to lift luggage and property in unser repair.

It is well located. Near shops and banks, also near the airport.

The hotel is very run down, quite old. Not especially clean.

It is very clean and near to the shop area, the owner is so friendly to us, thank you for the good service:)

except for the door lock that is not working, but everything is very excellent with good facilities given to us
