Lazenda Hotel

The location was excellent because it is surrounded by convenient store such as Orange, Paradise Spa just below and Live Band and Karaoke Lounges, all within five minutes walking distance. We stayed at the Lazenda Hotel Suite and there are two restaurants which stayed open until late morning and 24 hours. Parking for my rented car was safe and spacious just under the hotel. Massage at Paradise Spa was around RM 120 per hour depending on the package.

The cleanliness of the shower floor would have been cleaned further especially at the corners.

We were kindly upgraded to a very large corner room with a comfy settee. There was an iron and ironing board in the room to press clothes. The downstairs coffee shop was a lovely place to pass the time of day with good cakes and helpful staff. Labuan apart from the cheap duty free alcohol does not offer as much as we had hoped for in quality shopping. The hotel though does its best to offer guests good service at a reasonable price.

The breakfast seemed to be all left overs from the Ramadan evening buffet or the previous day’s breakfast, all cold and looking tired and unappetising. The carpeting in the communal areas on the bedroom floors was poor.

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Very good location surrounded by sundry shops, laundry and coffeeshops and cafes

okay

the sound from the club is too noisy. cannot have a good sleep. After 3am baru boleh tidur.

there are many choices of restaurants inside and near the hotel. great location. there is free parking. i got the room as requested. clean room. love the wooden floor style.

no staff to greet guests at the main lobby upon arrival. when at the check-in counter, the staff looked tired and exhausted and had a rather serious look on their faces. not good for business.

The room is spacious and location is strategic. The car parking also nearest with hotel.

The light in bedroom

The Gym. The treadmill is awesome! The shampoo. Made my hair soft. Room is spacious and kid friendly.

I didn't not like anything. But I have some suggestion/comment. For TV, we would like to access YouTube and Netflix. As for Booking.com, they charge me with tourism fee...even though I am local.

Location and price

My room door did not close properly

Breakfast is superb. Lots of options to choose from. I particularly like the Nasi Lemak.

I could not find warm or cold water during breakfast. Maybe they have not refill or put on the table

Location wise, near the airport, town, eateries, laundry & shops.

Simple rooms. No bath tub & pools.

The kung po chicken was amazing probable the best I've tasted. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful

Their was mould between the tiles in the shower just an observation rather than a dislike but appart from that everything was good

The room, the staff, the food, the location

very much

strategic location; foods, massage, groceries etc

I like the sea view and the location is in town area.

Loosen wooden floor plank and too noisy during night time.

Convenient location in middle of town restaurant and gym onsite

A little noisy at night times. Mainly due to the location

Location..location..location

❌Unfriendly attitude of the front counter staff❌ The power of the air conditioning fan flow is very disappointing (room 606)

Good location was nearby Dataran Labuan. On site restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price.

Near a pub where now it can be very loud. Wi-Fi not working at the time when I was staying there.

the space is quite big for a price like that in a well-known hotel among locals.

our room doesn’t have vanity mirror, a little disappointed about it. bathroom mirror is big but a little inconvenient to walk over to the bathroom just to check your face.

Auto wash toilet with soap and shampoo available.4 pillows for sleeping. Bed size is big. Aircon is cold enough. Coffee and tea available. 2 free bottles of water. A refrigerator to keep my drinks cold. Have a car park view from my room.

Hot water not working in my room 411. I was looking for a USB port to charge my phone. Loud music could be heard from a distance. Was trying to sleep lol. I wanted to watch Netflix on TV but the TV isn't wireless.

Location is good for various restaurants.

Stayed for 5 nights and no hot water 50% of the time for shower. Shower drain did not drain properly, although I told reception about the issue. Very noisy environment from midnight onwards if facing towards the bars.
