Good location right in front of Financial Park. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

The room, although spacious, felt a little bit old with cracks.

the location near to shopping mall, the breakfast was good, i'm spent me time more in the restaurant

the cleanliness is poor, during my stay the bathroom lots of dust and hair on the floor, the aircond not to cold and the furniture is looks old style, with the room rate that i've paid is not really worth it with the room condition. it time to upgrade the room

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food and the choices in the restaurant were excellent. A lovely swimming pool, suitable for all ages. A comfortable bed, with clean linen, copious hot water for showers and large bath. Adequate accessories such as coffee, tea and toiletries etc. Superb breakfast with a vast choice of foodstuffs.

The pool is a bit tired and needs some TLC. It would be useful to have sun-bed covers in place each day. The Jacuzzi was filled with water on our second day was not switched on and lacked the means to do so outdoors.

The room smelled a bit moldy and in general the hotel is run down

room is not clean. toilet especially floor and bathtub should be clean better. balcony is like nesting home for the bird but it should be clean regularly. bed is not comfortable at all. i have requested for a clean room with an additional towel which they have acknowledge when i book the room, but it was not prepared. for the price, i can get better room in another country.

The staff service were approachable and willing to listen but didn't take appropriate action. The cocktails at the bar was great and when I forgot my wallet the doorman kindly paid my taxi until I could retrieve my wallet. They placed a surprise birthday cake for my husband in our room.

The facilities were so disappointing. We went to the pool which was freezing. The chairs had no covers so the choice was to sit on bare, hard wood or the ground. Left over orange peels had been left on the tables. On the first day, there was drilling in the room opposite and then banging and scraping. I rang reception and they said they would ask maintenance to stop - which it did within the hour. Next day - the drilling began. There was no peace. I called down sveeral times and they said they would get it to stop - after over an hour the drilling was still going. I had requested a quiet room ahead of our stay and at this point I was so stressed we decided to leave early . The hotel kindly offered to refund me the night's stay but never did. Won't be returning.

The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and decor was timeless. We paid for a city view but appreciated being upgraded to a sea view room.Staff were outstanding. All were welcoming, courteous and helpful. Reception staff were superb including the wonderful male receptionist who continued to smile and help me throughout my varied requests for help with printing and laminating late in the evening before Remembrance Day service. On the day after the ceremony, 4 staff members (including one called Irrvilla) gave huge support to print and laminate biographies ready for next year's Labuan Remembrance Service. Nothing was too much trouble for themDaniel was really supportive in arranging transport to the terminal for us when a GRAB car was not available in enough time. He removed the stress of our inability to find a car by taking over and looking after all the arrangements for us.There are many reasons we return to this hotel when we stay in Labuan, including that we feel pampered, respected and personally welcomed.

The burger I got on the first night was cold.They have no regard for sustainability at the hotel.The gym is missing many weights for the bench press.They were spraying something on the machines when I was working out, which was not good to be breathing in.No discount was offered despite these shortcomings.

May need a bit of maintenance for the room and toilet. Sink was clogged a bit (water took a while to go through the sink hole) & wall paint & gypson board was peeling off.. may need to practice to prepare 2 towels per room instead of 1 towel per room..
