Some food on the menu were not available. Plus the pool was closed our entire stay.

Spacious room

Breakfast are bare minimum. Not much choice. And the fruits are surrounded by flies. Nobody taking care the pantry area.

The resort is out dated, the room given is far in the jungle, the walkway to the room is scary, dirty, the parking is far from the room, the smell of old furnitures, bed mites, the wall of the blocks need to be repaint and got mold everywhere. I cant sleep that night, got pest animals sound everywhere, it not bird or nature sound, its 100percent pest animals living in the roof, the water is rusty too. I cant believe this kind of resort still alive. Lots of poor housekeeping, poor cleanliness. Dont come here. I even purchase my own anti bed bugs and perfurmes to stay away from bed bugs.

Spacious. Clean. Friendly staff. I came here to be alone and heal and it was a nice spot to be alone from the world.

The breakfast food. My kueytiao was sour. The laksa was more sour than usual. It was not appetizing for me.

the location was good, better walk in than book online, cuz the price difference is RM100

The toilet was dissapointing, no spray, the Shower head is broken, limited Hot water. The walls are old and the door is damaged

Breakfast was okay only, but the bread & cakes & Sarawak laksa was tasty,Room was big bed spacious was very nice ,

Nasi lemak sambal was tasteless...night we order chicken BBQ it was salty...the toilet also big but shower tap was bad toilet bowl no pipe & flash was stuck, so bad maintaining toilet needs, no shower cap, phone not working, iron board was torn..not recommended to stay..

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Accountable, responsible and flexible.The laksa at breakfast was good.

The breakfast could have been monitored closer for top-ups, warmth, etc.There were cockroaches in the room.Furniture was dated and not so child friendly.No ventilation in the bathroom, so laundry remained wet even when left overnight in bathroom.Limited sockets in the room.TV and WiFi was patchy.

The resort is super old and not manutented . The beach is dirty and the staff is quite lazy.

The beach is dirty, the service is poor , the spa is a room and not very nice in general.

Room is big. I rent for seaview but give me partial room

Cheap alcohol and food. Pool was nice. Big rooms.

Dated facilities. Breakfast wasn’t well stocked and food constantly cold. Bitten to death. Air-con wasn’t amazing.

everything was fine except for the food

we ordered something from the restaurant for dinner . Since we had it in our room the food was a bit cold, might as well heat the foods using microwave and only send to our room. 1. Chicken Curry is TASTELESS 2. Chicken porridge taste horrible other than that is fine.The pizza is good.

Love the surrounding view, the room really comfort

The food, need to hire more manpower. Maybe because of the wedding event all the Chinese cuisine and the bar are closed and the choices of food is limited. Need to wait longer to receive ur order.

The hotel has a clean beach with nice views. The room is spacious. There is a free van shuttle service to the airport and Labuan town.

The toilet seat in my room was detached from the toilet bowl. The floor was dusty. The wifi did not work. Full payment of the room was made upon check-in.

Bad

Place very dirty and not good for stay no helpful when need transport because is very hard to call taxi or grab please update your hotel own transport don't let guest to wait and no any transport

The surrendering was amazing, the cafe was good! Overall experience, I enjoyed my stay :)

Add water hose in the toilet would be nice.. I don't feel clean when using the bidet but that's just my preference :)

Beach

There is lot of bed bugs over in our room and we came back home with lot of bites and swelling all over my body Worse toilet with no proper water supple for toilet

Chilled out place, great location. Free bikes. Labuan a great Malaysian island.

As in all of Borneo, sand flies. Not the hotel”s fault. But beware. They are at the swimming pool and beach. Why Borneo beaches are beautiful but deserted.

The generous sized rooms made it spacious for me and my 3 kids.

The breakfast wasn’t good.
