LABUAN JATI HOTEL

Location, parking,staff, cleaning .

Nothing no Complain

Clean, staff nice , location ,water pressure..specious

Strategic location to move around. Super clean room and NO smell of smoking! Friendly staff. VALUE FIR MONEY!

My wife loves staying there, the staff are all so friendly and helpful. From housekeeping to the front desk staffhave become personal friends with my wife and will be back again next year. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable ❤️

Clean room

Wrong position of aircon. Blowing to the door and toilet, the room is very hot unable to sleep at night.

The place is very clean, close to everything, staff are very helpful & friendly. We have been staying there for a month and a half and will be back for another two weeks before going home.

Nothing, really.

Fridge, Bed, Aircond & Location

So far, everytg is ok. Nice.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. The surrounding shops closed very early except for dominos so not much food choices ? The noodle shop which was on the same building served great noodles with big portions, they opened very early and closes around 2-3 pm.

My only complaint is there was only one iron in the hotel and when we requested for it, we were told that someone else was using it. However, the iron never ended up reaching our room ? Thankfully I brought my own travel iron but I think they need to be more attentive regarding this matter :)

Very good & friendly staffs. Staff called a few hours prior to our arrival to check on our arrival time. Hotel is also clean & spacious enough. Worth the price. Very near to town centre & shoplots as well. Overall recommended place to stay in Labuan ?

room clean, facility good, staff good

zero

In centre of town and very nice place

Public parking and coupon needed

Its clean and the location is easy to access

Its not a family hotel due to the surrounding night life and lacking nearby of halal restaurant . The sidewalks are dark leading to unsecure feelings especially night time

Clean room, good location, friendly staff, worth the money?? Recommended✨

Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is clean.Restaurants and cafes are just a stone throw away.

The strong cigarette smell in the room. I thougt smoking was not allowed in the room.

Strategic location, sufficient parking lot, lift, 24h conveninent store, well maintained room.

Nearby pubs, beside noisy main road.

I always travel for my work. This hotel very nice and comfortable. Please consistent your cleaners and housekeeping. Good for value. I will repeat again when I travel to Labuan.

Don't have service for extra bed and breakfast.

The hotel is spotless. Location is in the city. Easy to access to anywhere. Many restaurants nearby.

The receptionists are helpful and friendly. The room is clean.

Pre-check on the room conditions before guests check-in. My toilet door lock was jammed and difficult to open.

The location is the best. Right at the centre of Victoria town.

Well, locality always had a problem, that is a bit of traffic sound. But this is nothing. It is once a while thing.

Nice room, comfy bedOn the edge of the center, so not too loud at night, and still within walking distance to everywhere, and also with an easy exit if you want to explore the islandNice and helpful stuff
