SJL...The staffs were so polite when notifying about the "mess" my gf and i made, that we need to pay a little extra for cleaning fee..:P

Near shops and restaurants

No iron &board . No soap & shampoo. Only two pillows per room for 2 persons. And we had to rush to check out at 12pm .

The room is good. The aircondioner work well. The toilet is nice

The staff is slightly not convenient. The check in is 2pm but they call me twice before my check in. 10am and 2.30pm. Personally, it quite disturbing and annoying as im still on my way to the hotel. We were traveling, of course there will be some delay here and there .. For check out,, the check out is 12pm, but they call my room at 10.30am while im sleeping. They call me again at 11am. I do complained this at the reception, but she just say sorry unemotionally.I never get too much call from any hotel especially from fancier hotel then this.

Walking distance to Labuan Jetty about 10 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Ground floor single room can hear sound from outside karaoke at night.

Super clean room and toilet.

For those choose room with window, ready for 'sound' from night club, karaoke from nearby.

it had no English tv channels and the room item sheet had stupid amount of fees If damaged anything and live music could hear inside the room until 4am which was very disappointing

Nothing i'm sorry

Very chatty hotel i've ever met and the reception also difficult to make a deal. Sorry if i compared to others more exclusive hotel that won't chatty and can be flexible than your hotel. Food delivery as food panda also prevented by your staff. Others hotel didn't do that. And once more, the deposit isn't relevant. The properties inside also less. No mirror table and bath towel also one sheet provided. Tv also no channel available. Before check in your staff asking for swab test if we were came from other district. Others hotel didn't asked for it. To stay there is our worst experience ever. And your staff won't considered my request as early check in even have an available room, got an available room but still asked me to check in at 11:30am.

Clean .

The water pressure was very low. Floor drain blocked. Water ponding in the shower.Next door is Bistro and can be very noisy due to loud music.

Room 203 Date stay 20th - 22nd August 2020 Toilet, stool cannot flush away. Please Check. Staff, Not friendly. Sour Face. We pay your salary by paying the hotel room. Please sent your staff to service hospitality training. Cant afford, do a in house training. I am sure the management are capable to train. If not why open hotel property. Regards & Best of luck!

i love when they can cooperate when i request to check in earlier. they consider it as im travelling from kl and the room was nice, the location was strategic.

Noisy pubs and karaoke lounges all around till 3 am

Comfy beds, good air-conditioning (very cold) 2 pillow person.

Not confy beds, 1 pillow per person, Air-conditioning not really cold

Hotel staff consider friendly and capable to communicate in Mandarin, English, Malay. Cleanliness of hotel meet my expectations of satisfactory.

AIR-CON not cold enough and the free drinking water machine at the lobby short of supply and not consistent. Free Pub and Karaoke music for you to enjoy from night time until 3 am .

*Lots of KTVs/pubs around the area. You could just hop between the KTVs/pubs. Hehe*7e within the same block.*Bed and pillows are good. Very comfortable.*Easy to get Grab cars.*Staff are super friendly and helpful.*Super clean and tidy.

*Location abit far from decent restaurants. You might need to walk (5-10mins) or Grab car (better if at night).*Get your cash handy for payment. Unable to accept card payment after 12am. (RM100 deposit- its not a bad thing just want to mention it for other guests to know).

The staff was friendly and willing to contact me directly instead of waiting for me to contact them. I love the TV channel selection. There were at least some variety you can choose.

The staff could've told earlier that the place is near pubs & karaoke place, instead of the day of check in. The room could've been prepared way before my check in time but what happened was, I had to wait over 1 hour before my room was ready.
