Water heater works too well lol. Water at the showers was boiling hot even when it was on the cold setting.

Clean, affordable, good breakfast. THe staffs were very friend. It is at the town center.

Room a little small. Other than that I am fine. Needs more TV channels as well, like CNN not just bloomberg.

The room is spacious, the breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Everything is provided sufficiently, the staffs are helpful.

When i first entered the room i can smell a faint odour of cigarette smokes, probably coming from outdoor when the door was let open for cleaning. The odour fades after some times. Cleanliness can be improved even better, look out for the dust on the wall near the bed

The hotel was great especially the location and the room was nice. The breakfast was nice and have varied food choices. The only problem is the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant and disappointing. It affected the overall comfort of the stay and could be improved with better ventilation or stricter non-smoking policies.

Your hotel offers great value for money. It’s located in the middle of the city—not too far from the shopping malls—so we didn’t need to use our car to get around. We’re also glad that you gave us a room on the highest floor of the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room could be better. It would also be more practical if the housekeeping team placed the shampoo and shower gel near the shower area instead of on top of the toilet. Likewise, the toothbrush and toothpaste would be more convenient near the sink. As for the sanitary bag, it would be best placed close to the toilet for easy access.

I like their staffs. Friendly and ready to assist whenever I need the help. Stayed for a night there. The receptionist called me a day upon arrival to confirm my stay and even asked what time I will check in. Since I got myself early flight, I asked for early check in around 8am. Their doorman even reminded us to use the provided umbrella (it was rainy season when I stayed there). The receptionist helped me when I asked for tape, scissors and a marker, cause I need to pack some of the stuff to bring back. The food for breakfast was decent. Even had the chance to talk to their room attendants asking for used box. I had a wonderful time there and I will always remember.

Location is superb in the middle of Labuan town, helpful staff and comfortable room.

1. Internet is slow, and sometimes cannot connect2. TV cannot be connected to laptop via hdmi, only 3 channel available3. Water heater is very hard to control, sometimws very hot, sometimes cold4. No remote AC control5. Small bathroom6. Only 1 table on one side of the bed, instead of 2 table7. Limited parking
