Hilton Garden Inn Astana

Everything was great! Breakfasts were quite diverse and tasty, including a nice corner of Kazakh delights. Room service was super quick and helpful. Atmosphere and vibe were pleasant.

1) Bar offerings should be diversified. No German or Belgian beer and cocktails were quite weak. 2) Confusing “complementary breakfast”: through the Booking.com we booked two rooms and selected breakfast to be included. However, a reception attendant said the breakfast for two of our children is not included, but then offered us to enjoy complementary breakfast. This sounded a bit condescendingly, and confusing. If there is an issue between booking.com and the hotel, it should be resolved.

This was my second stay and I love the location and the staff at the reception. Especially Alua, she is extremely professional, does her job with passion, and not only is she a receptionist but has hidden talents like being a luxury concierge, helping me find the right places while I visited first in the summer. This time around was winter and they offered to get me breakfast takeaway as I was leaving earlier, which was a nice touch. The room was very hot (outside was -28) and it felt cosy and comfortable. Thanks Alua and the reception team for making check-in and check-out process fast and friendly.

Comfortable beds, quiet, and great staff well located to shops. Good on-site restaurant and room service. Very helpful in a transitional time to Kazakhstan.

Poor breakfast, bathroom utilities / hygiene accessories are poor quality. Staff at the breakfast are weak trained.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the incredibly warm and friendly staff - their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference and truly elevated my entire stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that I deeply appreciated.The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and one small but meaningful detail stood out to me - the window could be opened. Waking up and enjoying the fresh morning air was a real treat and something I always value in a hotel room.Although I didn’t try the hotel breakfast (I usually prefer to explore local cafés and cuisine), I discovered a true gem nearby: Lasania restaurant. It became my absolute favorite spot throughout the trip - I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal was better than the last. Their menu is Italian, the food is delicious, and the most important part - they have plenty of gluten free options! If you’re visiting Astana, this place is a must-try!In summary, I really enjoyed outstanding service and a great location of the hotel and I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

It was not the first time I visited this hotel. It has a very good location in the city center, very good staff, nice breakfast, nice cafe on ground floor with very comfortable space, where you can have business meetings.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff service the most. It was quiet, clean and really comfortable. I would like to thank the staff specially Amina Aruzhan and Zhone, because I am very grateful for their understanding and accommodating of my early arrival.

In toilet they don’t have hygienic shower… this only one that is missing for this hotel. Rest is all fine

Good location on the left bank of Astana. Just minutes away from the big shopping malls (Khan-Shatyr, Keruen, Asia Park, and Saryarka) and restaurants. Taxi use is a must, though (inexpensive). A good chain hotel of the Hilton family. Smooth check-in. Friendly and smiling young people at reception. Very helpful. Good management of the hotel overall and great Kazakh hospitality. A complimentary breakfast was included (thank you!). Clean, spacious, and tidy room. The shower was great; clean and hot water. Complimentary water bottles are appreciated. Bed sheets were changed every day upon request.

The internet connection was unstable at times. I am sure the hotel management will address that. But overall, it was an excellent stay in Astana. I will most likely stay here again.

Nice rooms, enough space and convenient furniture for work. Good breakfast, although ends a little bit early at 10 am on workdays. Good location for my work. Always Friendly and helpful staff!

No sauna in the gum, and gym could be equipped a bit better.

Staff is very friendly, a large selection at the buffet, great location

The bathroom requires renovation - the seams in the shower are black with mold.Something is wrong with the suppler of fruits - the apple and the pear I took at the breakfast were rotten inside but from outside very perfectly fine.

Staff at the reception was very polite and kind. Zhanel and Adilkhan helped us with every question we asked and provided best stay experience at this hotel. Definitely will be back again.
