Beijing Palace Soluxe Hotel Astana

I like stuff connection, friendly , good experience, nice guest realation manager Rustem he is very nice guy helpful have good experience take care of me all the time and help to translating with doctor gave me too much information about Kazakhstan.

Beautiful and clean and they have a incredible piano

Too hot room. Too too too hot.

Pleasant

It’s not 5 star.. the best I would say 4-. Old equipment, old rules and overall I don’t see the reason to live there. You can come and receptionist not in the place. And if you wan to call housekeeping they will never answer

The desk and lobby staff were friendly. The facilities were clean, and the lobby was nice. Overall it was a fine hotel but I would not rate it as a 5 star.

I would not rate this as a 5 star hotel and the value for cost was just not there. It was fine as a hotel but I would reassess the 5 star rating.Room issues - sink drains slowly, carpets were stained. Bar - Actually a shisha bar at night, very smoky and not set up for socialization between groups. Convenience - had to go through bag x-ray and security every time we entered. The other luxury hotel in the area did not have this requirement. This did not make me feel extra safe, but rather raised the question if this particular hotel had security incidents before resulting in these checks.

My daughter liked the pool area themost

Better breakfast selection - maybe not a coffee machine but proper coffee etc.

Friendly staff, good location, rooms were clean, beautiful lobby

Breakfast coffee, variety of dishes, SPA zone was a bit cold, uncomfortable to move between swimming pool and saunas.

It was a bit dated, but it was nice. The room was huge.

Needs new carpet and some updating.

Spacious room and nice swimming pool.

The mattress was very hard and used; needs to be replaced otherwise the sleeping quality is marked very low despite the spacious room. Waterfall in the swimming pool wasn't in operation.

Huge and comfortable rooms with a good facilities. Not so far from everything.

Basic breakfast for a five star hotel. If it is important spa and a swimming pool are from 90s’ but clean. Heater didn’t work upon arrival but I am sure that it was a local problem. Solved.

location, more or less affordable price. housekeeping and room service operated quite fast.

the bathroom facilities in rooms and spa need replacement. it’s a pity such big hotel with premium location is so outdated. Chinese food is very mediocre which is surprising.

Food and swimming pool

Cleaning

Room size, spa

Poor breakfast, trash under the bed

Location, restaurant view

Old rooms and furniture, you can ask (or even pay for something) the receptionist about anything, but they will probably forget about itNight dance parties in the night club right behind the hotel windows, and the hotel staff can’t do absolutely anything about it

Location is good.

Bed is very hard. Staff not really helpful and dont speak english well. Facilities were poor and the hotel was very old including the rooms. Need a refurbishment.

Location , staff, breakfast all was amazing

Actually it was fantastic hotel

Hotel is outdated, rooms very cold, there weren’t heating in my room.

Train your staff properly, this is hospitality, you MUST be hospitable, even if Chinese people are known not to be so hospitable ( this is what i was old by hotel representatives! and that i am spoilt! ) not worth the value!!!!

Basen spa

23 etaj ploho power

Location, the revolving restaurant, the swimming pool, breakfast choices were excellent, Shanti spa was also excellent

jacuzzi did not work, rooms & furniture need refreshment.

Good location, delecious food, good price

Great location. Big and clean room.

Everything was good. Good spread if breakfast. Friendly staff . The main attraction is the revolving restaurant at 23 Rd floor. Must visit.
