Kazzhol Hotel Astana

It’s our third time at this hotel and I really love it . Stuff is very friendly, breakfast is great, room is very clean. Highly recommend

Very big bedroom and living work space

Could not get television to work

Fairly ok hotel to stay at.

The layout of the room is very odd.Didn't care for the bathroom design.Too many light switches and it took few min to figure out how to make the lights work.

Location, clean

If you want to switch on the light at night in the bathroom, you will switch on all the lights in the room. It doesn’t work separately(((((

Poor

A/C did not work.Strange bathrooms.Greasy food for breakfast.Rooms were not cleaned.

I booked this hotel for my mom and her friend, they had an interview at a US embassy. I had several questions about paying and the staff responded to me almost immediately. I could sense they are really trying. My mom and her friend loved the facility. They even used the jacuzzi and sauna. They said everyone was super friendly and breakfast was decent. The hotel also serves lunch and my mom said it was good and reasonably priced.

Everything was good. It was a good choice.

Spacious room, well equipped bathroom, good wi-fi, basic breakfast

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was leftovers of previous stays (see photo). We were four, however, there was only one glass in the room. Two similar beds had various blankets: one small and one large.

Location

The stuff isn’t attentive, housekeeping is poor, not enough people probably.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was huge and very comfortable, plenty of hot water in the strong shower, everything was very clean. There was a great choice of food in the breakfast buffet and the option of having eggs cooked to order; there is also a proper coffee machine. I ate a lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and very good value. There is also a bar open 24/7 open on the premises if you fancy a drink. There is an on-site spa with pool, sauna, etc; it looked very nice but I didn't visit as you need to have a swimming cap if you have long hair. The hotel is not right in the centre, but I don't mind a bit of a walk and it is only a short distance to some of the main sights, bus stop to go over the river to Baiterek, etc. and the airport/train station are a short taxi ride away.

It would have been good to have a kettle in the room and the heating was up a bit high in the room.

Quiet and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

No Kaspi QR (Qazaqstan payment system). It was important for me :(

Bad experience

Initially booked room wasn't available, they could't provide alternative room for the same price, so I had to take a more expensive Suite room. When entered the given Suite room It wasn't cleaned and prepared for arrival. Had to request another room. Moreover, instead of offering another room immediately, staff proposed to wait until our room get cleaned. In the room we've finally stayed there were problems with the toilet flush button, which became stuck and water flowed continuously. Also, the windows of the room overlooked the opposite house, so the view was also not very good.

The room was spacious, clean, fresh and nice internal balcony closed with windows. The stuff were helpful and always responsive. The location is bit far from byterik if you are looking for the center of city. Overall it was nice experience, thanks Kazzhol.

Tea is not free, but it is very cheap.

The restaurant food is very good and the staff are friendly. I also like the swimming pool.

Everything was good.

Very gracious to the team of the hotel. First of all would like to bold very warm welcome at reception. During the days Zhanbota, Sara and today Sabina and Nozha, were so caring, honest and very helpful. I felt as a home. When it was clogging in the bathroom, immediately technical staff named Azamat stepped at my door as a superhero and saved the situation..it turned out that he was also an electrician and handle all technical issues..Its very clean and tidy..I love an interior of the room..Surely I recommend this hotel..in addition would like to thank the laundry..like magicians they have prepared my clothes within 1 and half an hour!!! Have a wonderful days dear KAZZHOL Team!

Everything was good and everyone was so helpful...nowadays we do need a human being soul participation .. I've met it there...

Very clean, comfortable. I always use the working desk in the room. The staff is very friendly.

Actually nothing

Sauna, spa ?

Everything

Very helpful and accommodating staff, will book it again!

Be careful if you book this hotel and have an medical emergency they won’t cancel your booking
