I had a really big room (with a living room). The price (end of July) for it was unbeatable. The breakfast (in an amazing Georgian restaurant. You have to check it out for lunch or dinner while you are there) was heavy and huge. The hotel itself is in great location (you cannot miss it by any mean. It is standing by itself in an empty field). Lots of entertainments around (I really mean within walking distance. In the same building as the hotel you have two restaurants and a karaoke bar all very good). I highly recommend the place.

Downstairs there is a Thai spa.

It was cold , the rest is fine. The curtains were with hole because of cigarette. It was cold and no heating, I got cold.

Great breakfast for the price. Two big beds in the room.

A lot of noise from disco and karaoke restaurants nearby.Sometimes hard to sleep, especially friday and saturday night.

Nice location, nice facilities, it's super comfy and spacious, very clean, staff is exceptional , Georgian restaurant is yummi.

I liked the location, and the staff were absolutely great. The room is big anв spacious, my kids loved it too. Everything was fine clean and well maintained

Absolutely horrible is the absence of ventilation. The AC does its job fine but there is no circulation of the air, which made our night horrible becausу we opened the windows, and the noise of a busy street did not let us continue sleeping but unfortunately, we were desperate for the air.

Everything was great from the friendly staff to the location. Good breakfast is in the Georgian restaurant which is located in the same building.

WiFi could be faster. The quality of the signal is different depending on your location in the hotel.

We enjoyed almost everything during our stay. The staff was moderately helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was truly delightful.

The purpose of the glass in the bathroom eludes us. It appears to be intended as a partition for the bath, but its functionality is questionable as water continues to spill onto the floor. Consequently, I have found myself colliding with it on several occasions.

Excellent breakfast with a great selection of breakfast meats, eggs two ways, potato? pancakes, and oddly enough boiled chicken, plain spaghetti, and a sort of boiled vegetable medley. Also had breakfast cereals, pastries, and bread along with juice, coffee, and tea. All nice and hot and replenished promptly. I'd recommend adding some fresh fruit - bananas and apples - to the breakfast menu. Location was great as well. It's about a 15 minute walk to Abu Dhabi Plaza which houses a mall with a supermarket. The hotel is about a 20~30 minute taxi ride from the airport.

The bathroom was the room's worst feature. The shower head holder was built facing the wall parallel to the side of the bathtub - why? And there wasn't a shower curtain; just this half glass door that did nothing to keep the water spray from flooding the bathroom floor. Also, there was definitely some leaks or dampness in the bathroom because I found silverfish darting about.The hotel's listing says that staff speaks both English and Russian. Check-in was fine but there was a day when I attempted to call down to reception for some clean towels and water but the person who picked up just curtly said "No English" and hung up.

Location is perfect for my aims. Service is good. Bed is nice. They had iron. Breakfast was very cute even though their restaurant was under renovation.

Quite bad wifi. Need to be prepared to use phone data.

Staff were friendly.

Cold. Heating was bad. No single use slippers on first day! One of the days they did not clean until I told them to which is so unorganised. Also they forgot to give me towels one day. Not the end of the World. Ut all these small things for a 4 star hotel is poor. You get better experience in a 3 star hotel in Europe. Only ate breakfast 1 of the days and cannot say it was good at all.

Property is located at prompt location. Everything is nearby from hotel. Check in was fast. Staff was courteous. Room was spacious. Good ambience.

Can improve breakfast options. Would be best if they have their own restaurant and room service. Telephone should be provided in the room so that customer can contact reception for any help.

First what it shows before booking is different when it come to real The hotel is rated 4 stars but really hardly is 2 stars Room old from inside .water leak from the shower into the toilet floor became full of water after shower . Tv not working requested to be fixed they discover its the remote control changed to another one not working Breakfast is very bad I have been all over the world I at least 100 hotels I never seen someone will serve warm yogurt and warm juice and when I requested a cold one I have been advised we don’t have cold ones plus the choice of the food is limited Water purser in the shower sometimes strong sometimes law Tv channel are limited and all in Russian Am sorry to say the value of money I paid it’s not worth it for this hotel

Comfortable and clean bed, spacious room, there's a desk for work.

Not so comfortable shower, absence of remote controller for tv, windows don't close tightly so when a windy weather the air come through inside with whistle
