Radisson Hotel Astana

Nice breakfast and luxury lobby.

Bar services cocktails only by a menu

View from window and breakfast were great. Comfortable room and bed.

The hotel did mot have own fitness centre but subscribed to a public one which is attached to hotel in another building. The walk is too long and the gym is crowded.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved location!

The room was hot and the AC did not work. We asked for repair, they said they turned it on but it did not cool down. The front desk was GREAT as she said that if the AC was not good, we could move to a different room...we did! It was cool. Thanks!

I will not stay anymore in this hotel.

I didn’t like the presence of pork at breakfast. It was very unexpected for me. For example, in Kazakhstan It was my first such a bad experience. Also, around 14.00 I requested to refund me for 1 day because plans had changed. I was told that I was late for around 2 hours, that’s why I was charged for 2 days even I was there only for 1 day + 2 hours.

Good Food at reasonable price

No air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm.

The room was spacious clean and enjoyed having the pod coffee maker, the staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

I am not a fan of glass doors to the bathroom which although somewhat obscured the view to the inside i prefer the privacy and not flooding the bedroom with light at night. It should mention the swimming people is within the fitness club so not really for just fun as most were there for exercise

Very helpful staff! Good mattress and pillows. Access to World Class fitness centre with a swimming pool and different saunas (bring your bottle, you can refill water there). Location is good if you don't need to go to another part of the city in the morning. Good walk along the river bank towards Atyrau Bridge and park.

A bit outdated but maintained well. Breakfast has limited options and the same every day (disappointing).

Comfortable bed, right size

We arrived 31st of January 2024 , spa and other facilities did not work. It was not mentioned, or advised in advance while we booked the hotel.

The Hotel was clean and Excellent service

Breakfast was terrible, same menu for everyday. Not much option

I like it’s quite a big building. I liked the breakfast.

Rooms are a bit shabby, smelly. Feels like carpets are old and smelly.

Fantastic location close to a walkable area, cozy lobby space, access to fitness and spa.

Poor conditions of rooms. The average level of breakfast.

Good hotel for one day stay. I staid there from 6:30 am till 4:30 pm for one day price. It’s good

The variety of breakfast. Room is a bit small. But their toilet is so big

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Hotel Astana and felt compelled to share my wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. My recent stay at Radisson Hotel Astana was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable experience.I must commend the front desk manager, Kamila, for her exceptional customer service. Kamila went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was seamless and efficient. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel not only welcomed but valued as a guest. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and Kamila truly exceeded my expectations.

Nothing at all, everything was just awesome.

Nice and quite. Helpful staff at the reception!

The staff a the bar was not very attentive and quite unfriendly.

The hotel fulfills all the needs for a working trip and the staff is really warm and helpful. Wi-Fi works extremely well and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice and in a good location! However, it seems like it is a bit dated in the common areas. The staff where helpful and friendly during the complete stay.

Awful

The hotel facility and staff are awful. We arrived with family to hotel at 11 pm. We had big 9 bags. They didn’t have concierge and staff at reception told us to put our bags to trolleys ourselves and take to room. We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms are old. The hotel is big and almost empty. It seems not many people prefer this hotel. I wonder to all positive feedbacks about the hotel. I don’t recommend anyone this place.

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had all necessary toiletries. There was one tiny issue that was fixed instantly by the staff. The fitness centre amazing, world class really (that was also the name of the fitness centre). Great value for money.

Amaaazing I really liked it that I was there on pictures - by the way your golf resort is absolutely excellentHui Buh will meet you soon again

Huyeeet blyad, they didnt have such cool door buttons like Bejing Palace had them lol
