the washrooms was leaking, there was no hot water. the room was cold

Excellent location. Had maintenance been done properly is star rated.

Rooms were not cleaned on arrival. Leakage in Bathroom. Heating not working. Good property and location but Zero maintenance.

Location as nite too far from market

No hot water except if you are inside the room for some time. We arrive there after 8 hrs drive and no hot water for shower.

I dont like room and after i booked room he tells me to send some token money.and hot water is not coming from tap when i tell after half an hour he comes .in room insects everywhere

One and only the balcony.

Greedy hotel management and poor services no proper bedsheets, fridge out of service, geyser out of service, smelling bedsheets and quilts with lot of bad marks, toilet pot cover small and uncomfortable, overpriced food which they getting from outside and serving to clients with extra money. Will never stay and never recommend.

I think there is no negative point.

Called before checking in and confirmed availability of cottage room. Upon arrival, was told it was given to someone else on day 1 therefore, had to adjust in a smaller room (though receptionist provided us with a snack as a goodwill gesture). Was shifted to cottage on day 2, which was in dire need of maintenance. Had to then shift to yet another cottage . Overall serving staff was good but property needs cleanliness and a bit of upbringing. Thanks to the waiters and receptionist who tried to do their best under given circumstances.

Breakfast was just okay. Service was good.

Cleanliness particularly in the toilets was very poor. They were so bad (room no. 101 and 302 ) that it was painful to stand there even for minutes. Floors and tiles on walls were dirty. It was always wet.

Humble staff, perfect location if you want to explore hikes and nature walks, Good breakfast. The staff will also help you with any transportation or guide related needs

Spacious room, Polite staff, hygiene maintained, big balcony/terrace, location, good food.

Room was on first floor,I wish it would have been on upper floors so we could have a good view.

Big room with all heating facilities - room heater (heat pump), heated blanket, geyser, and electric kettle.

We were on the first floor which was directly overlooking the opposite hotel with a huge Oyo sign.

Best location,close to nature,bhagsunag temple complex,waterfall,Shiva Cafe and hardly 1km from main Mcleodganj square.Great food,fresh, very cooprative staff.Ambience of the Lobby and the restaurant holds you, Room was spacious,mountain view, beautiful terrace to relax and enjoy with family over drinks and food.Room Ac heated,even my bed was heated with electric blanket .I will recommend to all, best place to stay.

Room rent is costly for this type of room.

The staff was very polite and courteous.And the view of Dhauladhar mountains from terrace it was amazing. We will definitely recommend it to all.
