Friendly staff very nice room and good food in the restaurant

Everything! Excellent!

Location excellent. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. Lovely pool and beach. Great Bar and restaurant. Gorgeous rooms (stayed in the Garden View Villa). By wife absolutely loved the bathroom and didn't want to leave. Friendly and helpful staff. This is the best resort in the Kanom area by far.

Western style breakfast could be better.

We loved everything! The staff were so nice and helpful whenever we needed anything (Ing at the front desk especially!), the pool was amazing, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the grounds are so well kept, the free breakfast was tasty.

Food and drink prices in the restaurant are very high

I was expecting seaview. What I saw was an ugly wall 8 m in front of my Terrasse. I was promised a parking for my car. There was none except a very busy main road. The bathroom contained a very old tub with a tiny shower inside. Very dangerous for an old couple - slipping and falling. Absolutely a bad ripoff for THB 42,000 three nights in offseason

A gem of a place, with a wonderful beach and a extremely clean pool.Rooms are spacious and luxurious, restaurant is very tasty (although pricy).The whole place is beautiful, with lovely gardening, and it feels like a luxury hotel.

Prices of restaurant and cocktails are high, that's the only fault i find in this place. We had a car so distance from town or other restaurants was not a problem, but if you don't have a car, it is pretty isolated.

There were only a few guests at the hotel at this time (Im sure it gets busier from July) but everything was fully staffed including breakfast buffet.One of the best hotel stays we have had (including 5* legends in Bangkok). Just be aware that there is not much to do. Khanom is a beautiful stretch of beach but most shops, bars (if any) etc ar closed in the low season, and spread out so you need transport. Great place to practice scooter skills as the road is excellent and there is hardly any traffic. WE took a taxi to Sichon and back for lunch ans sightseeing (organised by the hotel - about B2,000 for half a day; and I had great bike ride one morning - again no traffic. Highly recommend.

The pool is large but has no shade so gets tepid early. Some sort of sail shade would be ideal, but might spoil the views. The sea is also tepid but swimmable (you have to walk out quite a bit) and sandy bottom is good. To cool off justtake a cold shower - provided at the pool side.

The rooms are great and very nice and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Everything. Nice pool but it has salted water. Nice beach without many people. And you can see crabs swiming in the sea.

pillows are not amazing .I expected a more generous spa - it’s only a massage room. when they say spa I expect a sauna , jacuzzi etc. prices are a bit too high in my opinion . fresh coconut costs 185thb

We booked a villa with sea view and it was beautiful! The small patio had a view across the pool to the beach and sea. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! We ate all meals but one in the restaurant on site and we enjoyed every meal. The service was excellent.

This resort is lovely but not close to anything else, so be prepared to just enjoy the resort, pool and beach. We ventured into Khanom town one afternoon and evening and had dinner (Dusty Gecko) and it was very good.

The staff is 100% exceptional. all very helpful, kind and go out of their way to make your comfortable. the facilities are clean and beautiful. the restaurant is really nice. lots of options.

could take a really hot bath because the hot water elements would not allow for that. there is no hot tub/jacuzzi on the property even though that is listed twice as an amenity on booking.com

Breakfast still following Covid time, very limited choice

All the staffs seem to be very concern on hotel wellbeing, not treating the us in a friendly way . Very dissapointed

staff can’t speak English, breakfast offered not much, expensive, not much to see/do, the beach/sea was not as advertised - it was not possible to go in!! no taxis available in Khanom,…. would not recommend

The style, kind and so nice staff and beautiful and quiet place. Great location.But definitely the staff and style of the place are the best in the area !

- nice room with comfy bed and outdoor bathtub at the balcony- good swimming pool - good WiFi and smart tv with options to watch Netflix and Amazon prime

- too little variety of choice of breakfast, especially when you stay there for a week- staff made an offer for us to move to a suite next to the pool with discounted price. We came back with slightly lower price and she said she would ask her supervisor if it’s ok. But she never came back to us anymore whether supervisor agreed or not. They could have made a courtesy to inform us that they didn’t agree on the price, instead of just keeping silence. I guess it’s in the culture on afraid of saying no(?) to guests

This resort was a very pleasant surprise. The staff here was some of the best we have encountered in our travels. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was some of the best we have had traveling around Thailand.

Unfortunately were we here during a monsoon with heavy rain, wind and flooding, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or pool.

Alcohol was abit expensive but not unreasonable
