    Pros +

    • Beautiful resort, but empty. Seemed like a ghost hotel.
    • Hotel had a great location, but it was rather old and a bit musty. Had everything you would want, but was just really dated and furniture was quite old (not in an antique way) It was Spacious and the rooms rather nice size and nice bathroom. Restaurant was OK, not a lot of flavor, but filled the hole. Staff really made it ok, they were super nice, friendly and went out of their way.
    • Great location and view, stunning

    Cons -

    • Exercise area equipment is old rusty and dangerous. No amenities are really open. Pier bar not open. I was suspect to eat there since there were almost no other guests, and how foresh could the food be ?
    • Old and dated, needs a fresh look. Beds need a refresh to something a little more comfortable and not so bouncy.
    • Really old and musty, needs to be updated, mattresses old.

We were almost the only guests in the hotel. The pool and the team serve us only. The sea was peaceful, and it is very nice to walk on the rocks along the beach.

Very high-quality, beautifully designed and parctical hotel. Is in a really good location. Look and smells great on arrival with a welcome drink. My seaview room had the most amazing views, room was comfortable and clean, with a good working air conditioner. Love the pool area and breakfast was deliciours. Nice view. Staff was so kind and polite and helpful. We had an absolutely lovely stay and would highly recommend this fabulous hotel. Racha Kiri Resort And Spa.

Very nice location in the hills, very friendly staff, good breakfast served on the place, nice room with big balkony overviewing the golf and Koh Samui some miles away

Hotel not good for older people, long ways, many big stars, no beach

    9EdmonsonPosted on: 6-14-2023

Beautiful setting. Nice restaurant overlooking the Gulf. Workers very pleasant.

This is not a resort for old people. Built on a hillside, stairs to get anywhere and many places not adequate railings.

The hotel is beautiful in a lovely beachside location. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.

The photos online should match what you are given. It felt like we were the only two in the hotel and still our room wasn't very good. Room old and dirty in places, a red sauce like stain near the toilet!!. Balcony had litter on!! Taps wouldn't run properly. TV kept losing signal. I feel sorry for the staff, I understand covid has had an impact on tourism (I work in tourism myself) and the staff now recieve the negativity from guests and reviews, when it needs to be the owning company to invest more and take responsibility. A few years of nothing means you need to invest to get it back to the rating it states online. 5 star hotel once before. Now 3. Unfair on the staff and I see why they are losing motivation. Owning company and investors should start spending to get the hotel back to where it was before and stop using the we'll invest more when we make more, because you are losing profit everyday at the moment.

Location was great, facilities very good, food excellent,

Bath shower needed repair work, Entrance area to room flooded with rain.

Maybe this has been a really good resort 10-15 years ago. The pool area is beautiful and the view is stunning.

The staff didn’t speak a word of English. Our room was a long way from the reception with many stairs. We immediately had problems with a water leak from the air conditioner causing water dripping at the floor in the room. The water was cold in the bathtub. We got to change room and in that room one of the lamps were broken and we also found a cockroach running around! When we wanted a massage for two in the spa there was only one person working and it closed at 4pm so no treatments or massage. The restaurant closed at 7pm and no other restaurants were opened in the area. We had to go to bed hungry. The staff really try to give good service but it is not enough and with that price it’s not at all worth it. There were no guests except for a couple of Asian families and it’s end of the season but they could have told us about how it was almost closed so we knew when we booked.

    Big, Close to beach.

    A bit old.

close to every attractions in Khanom. Good nearby seafood restaurants within short walking distance.

Great view on the rock but no beach. The rooms Re a but old but spacious. Hilly not suitable for elders.

Breakfast was OK but a limited selection. Coffee was poor quality, not fresh beans. Limited selection of fresh fruit.

My wife asked for a soft boiled egg, it came and the almost raw egg ran though her fingers when opened, the replacement was no better. Steep steps down to the restaurant, the ones we took first had no handrails for safety, the steps nearer reception have hand rails.

good landscape, quality of service, good place for work

it's quite old, require some maintenance e.g. A/C, floor tiles in the bathroom
