The property has a good view of both the ocean as well as the mountains.

The cleanliness was below expectation.

The hotel has a good location, good food and love the AC ( Daikin), it is really cool in the Middle of hot weather, since it's near by the beach... The hotel also has a very good interior design and spacious room....

one of the shortage in this hotel is, they have very minimum electric sockets, inside the room, only 1 ! can you imagine ? so me and my husband has to take turn, when we want to charge our mobile phone, not to mention I need to use Hairdryer is also another problem, cause they don't provide mirror inside the room.the mirror inside the bathroom is also adding more difficulty, cause they install it to certain angle not facing straight ? so it makes my body ache, cause when I do my make up, I need to face that certain angle all the time..... i hope the hotel will do some reparations on those 2 things that I mentioned above.But overall, my experiences during my stay in this hotel is a pleasant time.... i would definitely comeback again. The view from the hotel room was awesome. Just looking at the sea view is so refreshing.

The beach was a bit dirty now. Many things were taken out like the shed, one tree was already cut down and the wooden net beam was already taken oitfrom the shore

The view of the main lobby was nice.

The room was dirty. Shower area was not cleaned properly. The towels and beddings are old and not clean.There is only one restaurant and the food was very costly and not fresh.

Staying here for 3D2N for a short weekend gateway and very satisfied to spend time here. Before arrival I was informed by one of the staff member, Mba Deti, that I got a free upgrade from garden view room to ocean view room. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. The air conditioner, showers, electric kettle, wifi & refrigerator works very well. The pools, both in the beach and near restaurant, is clean. It has a lot meal choices for breakfast buffet and it's delicious. The view are beautiful and the hotel ambience is calm and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mba Deti that has been assist me even before arrival. 10/10 and will back here once I got chance. Thanks all.

We really love the hotel. all the staff is vwry kind and helpful especially the pool staff named mas Sugeng was super nice and friendly, he really took good care of us whenever we were at the pool

Our stay experience were smooth from start to finish, got enough space for the room, i love the balcony, and the view, Staff were helpful, and everything clean.

There is no ala carte menu for guests who did not book room +breakfast, even the room service were closed during breakfast time. So for us who cant take big meal in the morning, its kind of difficult because there is no restaurant by walking distance around.

Breakfast was great but for such an upscale hotel, it was difficult to have proper coffee such as latte or espresso. At one morning, I was told coffee was not available as the person making coffee was not there.

When i came in, the staff was not ready although i had booked in advance. The rooms does not have international plug sockets and i had to give my phone downstairs to recharge. The sockets inside the room was limited. The card to the room door did not function properly.

I love in a way breakfast setup with 2 different section, western breakfast type and eastern. Overall we are happy and enjoy the hotel. And highly recommend for family with the kid since the hotel is family friendly.

However I stayed with wife and my twin, we need to pay extra cost for my twin breakfast and the cost is quite high to me considering the twin is just turn to 7 years and they are not eating to much specially in the early morning. Or at least and I hope the cost can be agree to pay for 1 kid instead 2 though I had tried to make a deal with the hotel staff but no luck.

I really liked the private beach and the outdoor facilities. They were very neat and honestly gives off a pleasant, luxurious Bali vibes. The room was also very clean, the bathroom included.

The facilities such as the gym and game room was pretty off-putting. We were so excited to know there was a gym and a game room, but honestly there was nothing interesting in both rooms.

Restaurant had a good variety on the menu. Seafood was nice. Massive king prawns. Clean rooms with lovely views of mountains. Well kept surroundings. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Not all items available on the menu. The calamari was let down. Whole squid was fried without any batter or seasoning. Should improve. Gym was abbissmal. No AC. Old weight machine that was falling apart. Broken treadmill and bike. One wall fan that almost falling off the wall. No mats.

The breakfast was amazing. The location and the view were great, the shuttle take us to the beach in no time.

The room should've been cleaner , for a 5 star hotel this is a MUST. I notice the crack on the floor, missing door handles, worn out sheets and towels, it didn't look white anymore. My room feels dirty, my kids keep coughing in the middle of the night so i assume the air con is rarely cleaned. The uniform on the staff needs to be replace, it really worn them out, that's too bad because the staff were amazing. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel, i never had a bad experience before. This hotel needs serious refurbishment especially for the lower floor room!!

One of the newest around the area. First and second visits ware great (but both occasion, I stayed at the villa). This third time (when i tried thee hotel room) not so great.

Food: Avoid uncooked ones. Food options are very limited and far from delicious.Room: bed sheets has spots, bathroom windows are broken, ceiling need renovation, wall paints are peeling off, balcony railing are rusting.Price: The most expensive around the area, but even for water, their policy is max 3 medium plastic bottles per room.Location: far from even the nearest convenience store, you have to make do with what they have in the hotel. Which is not much.Facility: One restaurant, one micro mart with limited options, a cafe, a small gym with only 3 equipments, no spa, a couple of crowded small swimming pool.

1. We have booked the 2 Terrace Suite with Relaxing Tub, which is one of the pricier rooms. I had asked for a connecting room, but the hotel was not able to accommodate. 2. The room was separated by the Elevator which makes the room quite noisy (it turns out there was also maintenance work), after several complaint we got a Pizza as a service recovery, but the room was still noisy the 2 points above I would say was not comfortable but is something which sometime happens, and I would not have wrote a bad review only for the above3. This is where the stay turns bad, when we were sitting on the terrace on the 2nd evening the guest above us suddenly spat down. I did not think it was intentional directed at us as there is a sunscreen which at an angle would seem like a plastic roof. We complained to the front office and asked for the senior manager to come down (this was around 10 PM). After waiting for 10 minutes Pak Yohannes came down, and I explained the situation, Pak Yohannes respond was that the hotel is not responsible for the guest actions and the structure of the hotel has been like that for 5 years and there is no problem. My reply was the hotel is responsible for the house rule and for enforcement of the house rule. To which the respond was the hotel has done nothing wrong and he will speak to the guest in the room above us. The next morning after breakfast Pak Yohannes came to us and he had spoken to the guest who has confirmed my story and if I wanted, he can arrange for me to meet them which I promptly declined. My problem is with the Hotel which if it is claiming to be a 5-star hotel should put the comfort and safety of the guest first and take responsibility. If a guess comes with a valid concern the hotel should find a way to fix it instead of refusing to take any responsibility whatsoever and saying it's between the other guest and me to sort this out. Utterly disappointed on how this was handled!

The service first and foremost were superb. The villa was above my expectation. A great choice for a quick getaway from Jakarta, not that crowded.

Not that I don't like something, but I think the hotel would benefit from providing buffet lunch or dinner instead of ala carte menu tomorrow give more of dining options as there were not many options around the proximity of the property.
