Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya

Hotel is located in the city center, very convenience to enjoy the city, such as finding coffee shop, minimarket, etc. The room is clean and bed is comfy. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and fast response. Breakfast is good with many options of menu.

The bath room is not clean enough for the stars hotel

It is in the main area of livinghood. So you would be easy to look for food, cashes, groceries, any services. Breakfast was excellent, full with local dishes but also has some continental foods.

A bit lack in maintainance, the room I stayed 612, the waste water form the wash basin is leaking and leaks out onto the floor. The room smells with cigarettte smoke eventhough it is not a smoking floor.

The staff were so accommodating, polite, and attentive. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was by far the best at a hotel on our Java road trip. We would stay at Santika properties in the future, Inshallah.

One minor problem was that water was leaking through the wall from the bathroom to the bedroom. Other than that, everything was good.

I looove the room and the interior design are aesthetic, i wish they clean the window glass regularly, it looks quite dusty while i took the photos. But the staffs are friendly and helpful. All facilities are good and modern.

The amenities and taste of breakfast actually so-so, nothing special for me.

Conveniently located in the middle as a stop over via train between Bandung or Jogja, depending on your direction of travel. For our family it was from Jogja. Staff met us at the train station with a car. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating with all requests. Room was comfortable and well equipped for our overnight stay. Breakfast was included and our 10 year old son loved the choices on offer. We also used both the pool and gym, with big towels given to us at reception. If you are interested in breaking up your travel journey, I’d recommend this hotel.

Location

Couldn’t rest or sleep well cos was very noisy with the band playing during the day. Air conditioner wasn’t working well so had to call house keeping, wasted our time. Safe box was not working, had to replace with new safe box. Too many issues, room was not properly ready for guest. Very disappointing!!!

The food is delicious and tasty. The location is in the city centre, near market and culinary

Gym facilities is not sufficient for a 4 star hotel.

Tasikmalaya was a night stop in our route and the Town looked like something out of a war movie ,run down and bombed ,so when we arrived at hotel Santika we were delighted to see this oasis in the town,a well run,clean hotel with excellent facilities which gave us the perfect night's rest ?

The property very clean room is big enough bin in the room and bathroom,lock,tv,cuttle,all perfect nice view worth for money nice smile staff nice breakfast good location nice beautiful ladies staff.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, bigger than most rooms in other hotels. The location is strategic near the city center. The breakfast was good with quite many varieties.

The shower didn't seem to work well. The water wasn't strong enough. Please take care of the maintenance as it affects the customer's satisfaction.

The room was clean, the staff were great and responsive, and the breakfast were good.

The lighting in the bathroom was too dim.

I liked the location, close to my family, liked the swimming pool, fits well to the children.

They should change the light in the bathroom from yellow bulb to white because it wasn't bright enough. I didn't get a room close to each other with my children though I asked for it. I got their reply after I checked out from the hotel.
