City Hotel Tasikmalaya

The staff was friendly, the beds were nice and comfortable. There are a lot of big spaces to walk and seat.

I paid executive room but I got junior room. No windows, different from the pictures. Breakfast only for 3 people and very few food to choose. Have to pay extra for gym and pool. Not really clean and it looks really old.

shower was leaking, Bed very dirty and stinky, the facility was very old and also noisy.we check out at that night and move to another hotel.

staff including cleaners are doing a good job but theres only so much they can do with fixtures that are so old and run down. The beds, linen, air conditioners, and curtains all need replacingand the walls need painting to cover the years of filth which is ingrained in them,

The location is good since it's in the city. Close to the grand mosque and malls. Breakfast is nice, the room is alright. We had a little situation with the air-con, but the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Wi-fi connection is poor.

The electric switches could not be controlled, I could not sleep either, the bed was not comfortable, very old, the walls of the room needed restoration, and the wifi did not work in some rooms, and when I complained to the staff they did not cooperate at all, it was a very bad experience

Breakfast was ok if you ordered the fresh eggs. Location was good. Staff were good

Hot water only at certain times per day. Guests have to pay for use of pool. Building work going on. Under bed had not been cleaned in at least a year! (Daughter dropped remote and battery rolled under).

breakfast worth it with the price, good location, hospitality employe, but you should improve the WIFI range,, and the most important,,, GIVE FREE FOR THE SWIMMING POOL FOR THE GUEST WHO STAY AT THE ROOM, cause no hotel who charge the room for the guest stay,,,

PLEASE SET UP WIFI EVERYROOM HERE NO WIFI I FEEL LIKE A STAY IN GUEST HOUSE , THEN WHEN I ASK FOR SWIMMING WHY SHOULD WE PAID AGAIN , WE GUEST HOTELS NOT OUTSIDE HOTEL . THEN FOR ROOM CLEANING PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING COMPLETLY IN THE ROOM WITHOUT DIRTY AND DUSTY . AMENITIES SHOULD BE COMPLETE , WHEN I WAS CHECK IN THERE NO SOAP FOR BATH IS EMPTY , NO CUP FOR COFFE SET , THEN THE BED SHEET DIRTY , THE TOILET IS NOT CLEAN A LOT OF SANDS FROM PREVIOUS GUEST . PLEASE MAKE SURE MAKE YOUR GUEST COMFORT STAY WITH YOU GUYS . THANK YOU SO MUCH

Where do I start, the pictures and reviews are misleading, apart from the lobby the rest of the building should be condemned, seriously its literally falling apart, cracks in the walls. How can this Hotel possibly have a 3star Hotel rating? A ten dollar backpackers hostel is a better option. Ok $35 is cheap but I expect bed linen at least! The place is a health hazard, dirty sheets, no linen just a nasty smelly bed cover on stained sheet see pic (obviously I complained to have it replaced by another stained sheet and smelly cover).My room was a dirty empty shell half unpainted? No intercom/phone in room, no WiFi in room, no tea making facilities, no picture on TV, no proper bed linen,(wipe clean PVC pillows on bed) no nothing, Im shocked ! Old and decrepit is one thing but there is no excuse for total lack of hygiene. The bathroom is the stuff of nightmares, as for the breakfast nothing other than a local squid dish and fried rice, no toast, cereal, eggs, nothing not even milk for tea and forget asking for sugar! I could go on but I think you get the picture. Do yourself a favour and please just avoid this Hotel. This place would give a dosshouse a bad name ! Why didnt I just walk out, torrential rain and other nearby hotels were fully booked, I had already prepaid due to reasonably good reviews ranked as 2nd most popular Hotel in Tasikmalaya......really come on who are you trying to kid. Get Outlook for iOS
