Good sized room & clean

Swimming pool is getting a bit tired.

The hotel clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The bed protector had red blood stain, please wash clean the bed protector. Very early in the morning, we can hear the chicken too early morning calls on and on ( 3 AM start ).

We arrive at tasikmalaya around 12 pm and they let us to early check in at 1 pm.

1. Our room has AC problem. It wasnt cold enough. We called for 3 times and after 4 hours waiting, the problem resolved. I already asked to change room and the reception told us to wait for confirmation. But they hadnt called back so we just wait until they finally fix the aircon (after 4 hours).2. The pool was dirty. Kids were planning to swim on sunday morning, we go to the pool area at 10am. We took a dip at the kids pool without realizing that there were vomit (maybe a kid vomit there before i dunno) on the separator area. Once we saw that we quickly took off. It was very grotesque. 3. Poor soundproofing. We could hear children running screaming in the hallway4. The breakfast was okay but minus menus for kids.It was my 2nd time to tasikmalayaMy first time staying at aston inn.

Clean and friendly staffs. rooms are pretty big. AC works very well. Breakfast spread is awesome.

Pool size.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. AC worked well. The hotel is also located in the center of city, easy to access.

The hot water was not hot enough.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and arranged nicely.

Very noisy… we could hear other guests’ activities (from next doors and hall way)

I think it is worth the value. We booked the hotel almost the last minutes and we still got the good rate. The hotel was quite big and they have basement parking as well. I think the hotel was designed to do conference, events, meetings, etc as you can see bulk capacity on meeting rooms, restos, parking lots etc.

I wish the room can be bigger. The standard room is super tiny. No bath tub and the hot water sometimes not available. Also the card key was so sensitive so we came back to the reception to validate the card key pretty often. Ah, the basement parking was so tight too. Location is pretty far from the downtown too.

Everything was perfect, food, room, bed but mainly the employees that makes the difference! We came with our 1 year old daughter Erika and everyone was so friendly with her, taking care. It was an amazing week in Fave Hotel Tasikmalaya.

I think the walls are quite thin that we can hear noise from other room, but it's not that big deal

The rooms and property overall is nice, clean and modern, better than other fave hotels, doesn't make up for the horrendous noise pollution between rooms because of thin walls.

Had a terrible sleep, seems they let groups of people gather and stay in one room and party until 3am, the sound proofing is very very bad and will discourage me from staying again. I am very surprised about this, especially since we stayed on a Monday night and not on the weekend. This shows their lack of security.

the next door shower unit (we think) was unbelievably noisy. Next day check out took forever because they didn't accept my (govt issued) ID, even though it was accepted at check in.

Staffs were very friendly and they also assisted with combining our twin beds. The breakfast menu was fairly decent and the service also followed the safety and health protocol.

Need more variety for the in-room food service

Breakfast somewhat limited but impressed with COVID-19 protocols. Rooms were large. Complimentary food/drink appreciated. Layout of the room was good for sleeping (dark due to no window in bedroom; living room had one). Very new and clean across the hotel. Parking very convenient near entrance. TV good satellite options.

After fully paying for room up-front, we were forced to pay for dinner in the restaurant because we did not pay an additional deposit (which we weren’t asked for at check-in). A little annoying
