The breakfast was served as a buffet since we were told that a few more people had checked in. The spread is fine albeit selective. The surroundings are beautiful and serene with a terrific view from each of the rooms. You can chill by the pool with great music blaring from the speakers or take a nice short walk in their garden adjacent to the pool. The rooms are provided with basic amenities and are spacious with a balcony for a peaceful gaze into the valley.

The preparation of snacks could be improved. Also there is wrong check out timings mentioned right over the wall at the reception which I mentioned to them as well.

Breakfast was good.

Sales manager was extremely rude. In terms of facilities it was zero. In case of adjustment we r totally dissatisfied . I will not recommend anyone to go there. In bathroom no bathrobes,no conditioner, no toothbrush and paste.No floaters for kids to swim. No shower facility near pool. Working staff was rude.

Pool is really small. No shower or change facility.AC didn't cool.

The property was really neat & clean. We had booked a suite as we were 2 friends with children. Service was just a call away. The food we had ordered was excellent in quality & taste. Initially with respect to restaurant we had our doubts but after experiencing & tasting etc, Very truly comparable to ITC & yes we are not bragging, it's a fact that in lesser amount for the room you pay, you will get 5 star service.

Loved every bit of my stay with them.Food was good, location was amazing too.If you are looking for a relaxing stay then go for it.

The water from the faucet in the washroom kept leaking.

The view and the size of the rooms

There was no warmth or welcoming feeling. Everything was about making business. Bonfire is 2000 rupees her hour. Barbecue is charged. Anything extra, even small amenities required payment. Anyone coming to hills in winter is obviously looking forward to a bonfire. Most properties, even the best of nest arrange a bonfire for their guests. Here it was chargeable that tooo at such high rates that it was shocking for us. After paying so highly for the rooms, certain basics are expected. So in terms if hospitality, it lacked big time.

The resort is well located with a scenic view. The property is well maintained

Some of the sport equipments were broken. Waste disposal facility was just at the entrance and the biowaste were disposed in open air

GOOD, the ambience is good. The openness & greenery is exceptional. With some cultural evenings, barbeque & dinner settings in the week end will definitely increase foot fall.

The ambience and facilities are top class. It really exceeded our expectations. One of the best location and view.
