Old rooms, ceiling of the bathroom was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor, ac was not cooling properly and the staff did not care.

The seafood restaurant at this resort was great and all the staff were very helpful.

The service was average for the price I paid because I expected it be different for being a 5 star resort. The sheets were not clean in the room, the electric ports did not work and the hot water tap was broken. Lot of rules and restrictions for any svc.

Environmentally conscious, architecture, excellent spa and sea food in restaurants.

Overall, nice property, in a nice quiet location. Friendly staff. Great health facility.

More could have been done to control mosquitos in the room.

Everything was amazing! The room, the view, the staff, the food, the whole vibe...We got a villa with a private pool, which was the best decision ever.They left fresh fruit and chocolates in our room every day. We celebrated our anniversary, and they even brought us a special cake. On our last day, they gave us little goodbye cakes with a sweet message.You just feel like everyone there wants you to have a great time... I totally recommend it.

This is the best place for relaxing , the weather is wonderful and the staff are so friendly and polite . I like everything as simple as that it’s a perfect resort . The food is so delicious and Johnny the senior manager of restaurant is so friendly and cooperating . Surely I will come back

We stayed for four nights in a Heritage Villa with Private Pool, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and we especially enjoyed the traditional Kerala tea shop, along with unique experiences like the pottery workshop and the small virgin coconut oil factory on the property. The staff were always friendly, cooperative, and attentive, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kerala’s backwaters.

The only drawback was the Wi-Fi coverage and speed, which could be improved.

The view of backwater, cleanliness of hotel were the highlights.

We stayed on a houseboat, gliding around the backwaters for 2 days, before tying up at the resort for the third. The boat was comfortable and private.

Very neat and very well maintained

Every thing was excellent only the evening free ride boat ambience was not good not suiting the resort.Decorate the boat better . With the name of resort on it .

Nice ambience , delicious breakfast , sunset cruise and guide Kavi was super helpful and captured wonderful photographs

Probably the toilet flush stopped working and it took some time for the house cleaning to fix the issue

Great location, facilities and staff. However, not sure about their privacy rules. Started receiving lot of junk emails after the stay.

Wonderful experience motoring along the backwaters watching the local people getting on with life. Boat was very comfortable, service was amazing and food delicious.

Loved the grounds amazing flowers our meandering pool Vila was amazing pool just by the front door even got used to the out door shower ??

A little remote if your eating outside taxi was very expensive from the hotel

The very friendly staff, the beautiful location and the rooms were amazing with really good facilities. The fruit basket in each room was a really nice touch. Loved how the old villas were preserved and retouched with all modern facilities! Special shout out to Mr. Abhijeet and Ms. Aleena at the front desk. They were really welcoming and helpful till the end!

The resort is truly relaxing, peaceful and cosy. It is one of the more idyllic resorts along the lake. We loved our stay and the breakfast was also excellent.

Not much - my only comment would be that our rooms were often serviced when it didn't need to be.

Location & Hospitality of the staff

Room temperature was not good enough & open bathroom concept was not cool. Both choice & taste of food was average.

Nice, quiet location by the lake with individual villas. Very good Kerala food.

The villas were closed in and had no or limited views of the lake. The property is an old design which doesn’t benefit fully from its lakeside location. Western food e.g. pastries were mediocre.
