Aston Lampung City Hotel

I don't have anything about this hotel. Everything is standard. The reason I'm staying is that I need a transit before my departure to Jakarta.

I have a lot of issues with this hotel. The room is old and not well maintained. There are some water leak spots on the ceiling, and the bathroom, especially the washbasin, is not very clean. There are many water spots there. The staff, especially the doorman and security, are not helpful or friendly. I don't know. He might have a private issue or family problem.

Location is convenient. Staff were friendly .

The hotel maybe is a bit older. The room had smell but overall it’s comfortable

We liked the location of the property, it was quiet and comfortable with great views. It was just the right distance from the city and has good services nearby as well.

Cleanliness was a huge problem, with a heavily stained bathroom, bad lighting and general lack of cleanliness. We found stains on the sheets, mirrors and housekeeping was not thorough.

Charge taxi for drop off at door. Drop off on road and we had to carry cases in.

The beds were comfortable and the price was very competitive. Breakfast was nice, but mostly if you prefer Asian breakfasts.

There's a water dispenser in the hall where you can tap your drinking water in order to save the planet by not using plastic bottles.The rooms could get an update as they're a tad out of style and not extremely clean.

The reception staff were nice.

Sheets were dirty, probably unwashed. The room was mouldy and not very clean. They missed a meal we ordered and the pool shut very early.

The breakfast was nice and location was quite far from the airport. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and the rooftop restaurant was a pleasant place to have dinner as the cool air from the sea was very relaxing.

The room given was next to the lobby so our room was facing the lobby of the lift area. Did not have nice view from our room.

Location not too close to city center, eventhough its not too far away, Cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and the public area like lift and coridor can be better.Food and plate from previous guest were still in front of our room from check in to checkout in the next day.TV is too small and the picture is blurry

The breakfast quite good and tastee.. there are some choice of meal.

The facilities in room are poor, the room is smell bad, the aircond in lobby area is turn off, and the staffs are no kind.

all the 4 rooms booked had some kind of odor, bathroom had poor drainage caused leaked, inconvenient parking situation.

The receptionist and restaurant staff were all very friendly..

The room smelt like a stinky sauna.. Bedsheet was yellow.. Pillows stink terribly.. Room lighting was horrible.. Aircon was close to non existant..

Very little ,I wouldn't go back and I stay often in Lampung

Worn old looking rooms ,bathroom smelled bad and reception staff were awful.two Rates for room in booking com,one with or without breakfast ,I booked the one with breakfast which was more money ,but there was a mistake in the communication between booking.com and the hotel and it wasn't written for me to have breakfast ,but it's obvious from the payment that I paid the higher rate to include breakfast ,so obvious to see but the staff didn't care and told me to take it up with the agent,meaning booking.com,so they charged the higher rate but didn't give me breakfast ,booking .com have now refunded me the difference,but the ignorance and rudnesd of the reception staff that they can't understand there own booking rates ,was really bad ,I wouldn't go back to this hotel ,it was poor

The hotel was clean and spacious , nice buffet breakfast. Rooms decent size and comfortable.The best thing though are the staff , friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces.

We get the wrong room because in the morning the room really hot coz the sun..
