Toyoko Inn Gumma Isesaki Ekimae

Everything was great- friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Very good breakfast. Great location.

Nothing. Everything was fine.

Amazing price for quality. I've stayed in their hotels already twice and both of the times have left very satisfied with my stay. The beds are spacious and comfortable, there's good variety for breakfast and starts early, personnel is helpful and it's quiet.

Room is fairly small.

English speaking staff and he is very friendly . Good view from the window . Spacious room compared to other similar price hotels , good breakfast . Washing machine and dryer really helped.

Very clean, breakfast was great!I like the firm beds.I also had a room service Shiatsu Massage! I was here for the JKA World Karate Championship.

This hotel was very convenient. The rooms are very reasonable priced and I was happy with my stay. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good too.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I cannot think of anything I did not like and recommend staying here if you are in the area. The room was cheap, clean and met my expectations.

the place is clean and you can get toiletries you want and the staffs are helpful

they don’t have complimentary bottled water unlike other hotels

Location is good. Breakfast was good

Room was too small with hardly any space for luggage and to circulate

The location and cleanliness.

The food were good but less variety. We weren’t able to have the sausages in the early morning but was surprised that they served them later when we were about to check out.

Everything is great except the pillows are not very comfortable.

The staff, breakfast, location, room space and cleanliness are perfect.

Japanese buffet breakfast was great.Location was close to Belc for easy access to cheap food.

Value for price.

Cheap Clean Breakfast

Really good value for money, rooms were quite big for japanese standards, parking was really good and cheap, next to the hotel are a lot of dining options. good breakfast included. Staff really friendly and helpful

It can get quite crowded at breakfast and at the elevator

The staff were great…We had run out of Japanese currency and dollars were not being exchanged at any bank in GUNMAStaff MembraneMiss Ishimaru, Mr.Kobayashi and Ms.Thirinitried to help us a lot, they searched online and told us that we can only exchange our dollars in Tokyo, Miss Thirini spoke very good English so we had no problem explaining. Our experience with this hotel was great

We love staff members, because they were very friendly ?

I liked that they included a nice breakfast, and the staff were very helpful!

Since we booked on booking.com, we weren’t able to get our rooms cleaned even though the price was quite high and I’ve paid less at other places on booking.com, and gotten my room cleaned included

The staff are so nice, they will greet you every time you go out and in, i lost my card key, and they gave a new one without additional payment ??????

The hotel room is small but clean and comfy, and the breakfast is simple but healthy and great. The staff members were also outstanding. The hotel was about a 10-minute walk from Isesaki station and various buses that went to malls and grocery stores.

Whenever we tried to open our window, a few tiny insects flew in, but everything else was wonderful.

Clean and comfortable room. Place is near the supermarket. Breakfast is good.

Facilities were to the Toyoko Inn standards, but not the best of the Toyoko Inns. But good enough for a sound night rest. Location-wise not close to any attractions, but I was driving so didn't matter.

Having stayed in a Toyoko Inn elsewhere we were happy to use this hotel chain again. We weren’t disappointed, facilities and cleanliness are excellent but best of all was the breakfast. The catering team ensure a warm welcome and keep the food replenished and tables etc are kept clean.

I like they offer free Japanese style breakfast along with coffee, juice and bread as well. The food was delicious and the staff graciosuly offered me to get some water and bread for me to take on the roads. Very considerate and we feel warm!
