Toyoko Inn Takasaki eki Nishi guchi No 2

Very helpful and courteous staff; room size was adequate. Very convenient location. Morning breakfast was good. Price very reasonable. Would return to this hotel.

Insufficient washers / dryers! And they took too long! Had to wait down in the lobby for 4 HOURS to get clothes dried! Need more and better washers / dryers.

The place was properly maintained. Free drinks were offered from 6am-12 midnight which was really helpful. The space was just enough as I prefer clean and smaller rooms. Service was good, the staff were nice .

Noisy motorcycle riders but it’s beyond the hotel managements’ control.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very respectful and kind.

Bigger rooms

I like the room has enough space, and clean.

lobby is narrow and very crowded. Especially when you have breakfast, so many people in line, not very efficient

Helpful staff stored our bags. Close to train station.

(Nothing all ok.)

The room is compact but comfortable with a large bed. Breakfast was awesome and the staff are the best. Loved our stay :)

Location is convenient. There is decent breakfast

Wall seems thin, always could hear near door footsteps sound & bathroom sounds.

Clean rooms, well maintained including common areas. Bed size was a double and well laid out. About 5 minutes walking from Takasaki station.

Mattress is very very firm, almost like sleeping on the ground). Not a lot of space to hang clothes, so for longer stays you are opening and closing your luggage quite often. Breakfast is very modest but edible and filling.

It was very close to the station.

The bed was too hard it felt like sleeping on the floor we had to sleep on top of the duvet.

Location: easy to find and quick self-check-in processYou can also store your luggage for at least one day the day you check out. Breakfast was good. Besides, i like the hard bed : )

A bit noisy at night

"Convenient and close to the station, the room is spacious with a large bed. Overall, I really liked it and the price is affordable. I highly recommend this hotel."

Close promixity to JR Takasaki Station. Friendly staffs. Laundrette is affordable.

Rooms are small for family with kids. Hope they have bigger rooms for family.

The location The staffThe breakfast The value

The pillow and bed too hard

A cheap hotel suitable for a quick stay if you can ignore unprofessional staff

The reception staff was highly unprofessional

Decent, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was carefully prepared but awkward menu

room, water dispenser, facilities and breakfast are great. they made effort to twig the breakfast menu every day. thumbs up to the breakfast lady busy topping up the food and clearing the tables. room is comfortable size.

staff are friendly and helpful. however, their understanding proved challenging even with translators. often your requests are fulfilled differently ?

Nice hotel, very close to the station. Clean and the staff very friendly.A bit expensive....

Breakfast

It’s situated right in the town centre.

Limited parking lots but there is a big multi-storey carpark across the road. Not too expensive for overnight parking.

I love the hard bed, provided comfortable sleep. The room is very clean, and it looks new. Breakfast was simple but substantial and tasty. Most importantly, value for money.

The included breakfast was very nice to have. The mackerel in particular was very well cooked.

We had to park across the street because their parking was full.
