Takasaki Washington Hotel Plaza

The aircon is centralized. During our stay it’s so hot because they only have heater mode.

Cleanliness, proximity to train station and restaurants

The hotel doesn’t seem to have triple rooms

good location

no aircon option only heater during winter

Close to the station, this hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The room was spacious, and the desk is perfect if you want to have some work done.

The room uses central air conditioning, so be careful if that bothers you. The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner but I’m being nit-picky.

Close to the station. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Great value! The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Near to the train station

The room has a weird smell, probably the carpet is old.

The hotel is very new and clean! Great shower head

very close to the station, room is clean, comfortable, and bigger than most Japanese hotels

Super friendly and helpful staff. They kindly lent me an USB cable to charge my phone and check in and out were super fast and convenient.Parking staff was very helpful and nice, too.

The walls are paper thin. Could clearly hear the neighbouring room having some private time and the sewage lines were quite loud. Also, the bed and pillow were very hard. Some dust in the hair dryer and water stains around the bathroom weren't exactly awesome news either.

Clean and quiet rooms. Very close to Takasaki Station. Good breakfast.

More expensive than comparable hotels in other cities. The breakfast area was dated (but clean and serviceable).

Location was convenient

Would have liked it if the hotel had a better parking facility but there were lots of parking nearby

Quality Japanese breakfast buffet. Location a few minutes from train station. Spacious room. Friendly professional staff. Comfortable bed, quality bedding

Weak soundproofing, voices and noises from other guests in hallway and adjacent rooms were audible

Location is great, just few mins walk from the Takasaki station. Room is big. Surprise they have a HDMI cable attached to the TV already.

I stay in the winter time. Room Temperature is quite hot if I switch on the heat. There is no way to adjust unless I turn it off. Luckily the window can be opened.

Geat! location it's perfect close to the station !

pillow wasn't great everything else was very good !

The location

It was extremely noisy, could hear showers running, toilets flushing someone in another room snored all night, people's muffled voices, doors were banging not a quiet close. 3 nights of not very much sleep

Lockers for baggage at the lobby, room facilities, location

Very close to train station at a good price. Very clean with all amenities . I loved my 3 night stay here.

Everything was fine

Convenient location.

The hotel staff refused to issue an invoice because it was booked through Booking.com. I often book through Booking.com when I travel for business, but this was the first time I was refused an invoice. Just ridiculous. Eventually a well-trained staff came out and manually issued the invoice for me, but the process to get there was very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel if you need an invoice to bill your company.

It is located in heart of the city, no attraction around it, but close to the station, I requested none smoke room, but I got a smoking room :(

I requested none smoke room, but I got a smoking room :(. I paid for parking

Very close to Takasaki station and many restaurants and shops. Room is small but well furnished with all amenities.
