Pros +
- Location was convenient to the Ota Station.
- The location was the only good.
- location and staff communication
Cons -
- One front desk staff wasn’t friendly upon check-in. Due to season being the winter and AC heater in the room, room was very dry, asked for a humidifier but hotel only had only tiny one available which didn’t work well and definitively not big enough for the room we stayed in. Bathroom amenity was bare minimum, some available amenities you grab in lobby was very limited. Room only had a powder green tea packets available and 2 small plastic cups. One night rate was high but had to settle since nearby hotels were all booked.
- The staff was so unprofessional. I went with my friend and they don't allow him to went up to my room just for accommodate my stuff and left. He want 2,500¥ extra just for 5 to 10 minutes. ☹️ Also the bed was not confort at all. Other thing was the Parking, they don't have enough parking.
- Price, 7000 JPY and above does not worth for its quality compared with average hotel stay in similar level city in the region such as Maebashi, Isehara...

Near the station. Very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.
