I like the breakfast buffet but no cereals for kids

The remote in the room is not functioning maybe need battery changes and also the electric suckets for phone charging

The room a good, the staff members were friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was nice.

Location, service, breakfast, facility.

Location was superb. Not too pricey either, considering I booked the night before! It was a nice stop as I had been on a 5 day road-trip, and this was in between 2 locations for me, which made it convenient to stay at and rest. There is a Lawson across the street, as well as a ramen place. They have a great restaurant downstairs.

There's no real errors, or flaws I can point out. I was treated well, considering I was a traveler and have heard stories that some chains treat travelers different, but Route-inn was great.

This is the only Route-Inn we've ever stayed in so we have no comparisons, but we find it to be satisfactory and met our expectations. More of a business hotel than a resort hotel, the accommodations were basic but clean and serviceable. It was nice to have the public bath but it is small and tight when there are more than a few people using it. I would certainly give it good value for the money. Having climate control in each room is a plus as is the access to washers and dryers.

Beds are amongst the firmest we've seen in Japan, but sleep was OK. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory.

1) free car park 2) hot spring to 2am 3) Every HOTEL staff are excellent and helpful includes the help desk and buffet staff. Help desk would respond all the needs of customers. After checkout we ready to get in car, the lady run out to remind us the little gift of free vending machines drink. The buffet staff are non stop all the morning to refill fresh food and keep very clean. Their professional impress me.

2) bad smell of the room, it is musty smell maybe come from the air conditioning or the floor. I saw there is many dust inside the air conditioning, it should be long time haven’t been cleaned. There is air purifier available but can’t solve the smell problem very well,

It has a big parking lot. There's a convenience store right across the street. The restaurant there was nice, with good food (both for breakfast and dinner), but take care that it is closed on Sundays (just for dinner).

The mattress and pillows were too hard for our liking. The room is a bit dated. The room had a weird smell, noticeable for a while when entering the room.

Nice staffs, they tried their best to speak English to me. Breakfast included.

Not 100% clean, there was a biscuit on the floor under the edge of bed. Not that bad but need to improve.

Breakfast was excellent, appreciate the variety provided. Room was clean, we liked that you could open the window. The room was well soundproofed given local traffic noise.

Bathroom can be maddening due to its size and compactness. Beds are quite firm which are typical. The staff was quite strict about no allowing our son to come up to our room to visit.

It was easy to find and in a good location. Easy access to other places. Room was modern and the breakfast in the morning was good. Would stay at again.

It seemed as though smoking was allowed in the property. Coming from Australia this is not something I am used to. Everything was clean and tidy but couldn't help to smell a slight cigarette smell in the common areas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially since I can not speak Japanese I liked it so much I booked a 2nd night ? Convience stores close by. Breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection.The onsen was fabulous. Thank you!

Almost everything. Probably a bigger size bed (double instead of semi-double would have been great. But it was still okay considering the location.
