- After arrived property they are said no rooms available and has the water issue you can search another hotels. I asked the receptionist why didn’t informed before arrived, and the receptionist said no contact number displayed.. then after couple of minutes conversation he was arranged another hotel

- Dirty bathroom, no TV, no clean good towels, no window properly closed so AC was not giving cooling, old and uncleaned furniture. No WIFI in room. because it is on 3rd floor, manager said no WIFI is reaching there. Also he said if you book with booking,com, this is the room available. What a nasty manager

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN KANYAKUMARI.OUR ROOM WAS AMAZING AND WELL SUTAIBLE FOR FAMILY MEMBERS ENTIRE SIGHT SEEING ARE NEAR BY HOTEL STAFF ARE VERY KINDLY AND SUPPORTED TO US.
Nothing. Its such a dirty hotel. Attitude of manager because i book thru booking. Com was very worse. Not even ready to show rooms on other floor. He said this season he can sell for 4000 and i pay 1800. If i want i can take. Book the room after see it etc when i show him the worse scene of the room offered

I share more information what didn’t am I like. Iam reached in around 8clock nyt. 1 I go to reception and show am confirmation message from booking. Com. 2 I call to owner and pls inform to ur reception.3 then after reception staff to give room4 I booked ac standard room. No Tv in room and underground room gave me. Room is very bad. Morning wake up and first see in staff bathroom remove the window curtain. I am very complaint to the reception staff bcoz he like as hostel warden.
The view. Staff that brought luggage was very nice. The front desk also offered a late check out.
1. No hot water for shower in the evening. 2. No wifi in room. 3. The window did not close all the way. This allowed mosquitoes to come into the room.4. The price was double other rooms that have wifi and hot showers.
Bad experience pls don't prefer this hotel as it is not clean and staff doesn't have even good manners
