Good staff Cleanliness Food

Provided me with degraded hotel room, inspite of booking it a month in advance. Hotel management says there is double booking.

Well maintained and located at prime location

The hotel is located in a prime location. That’s the best thing about it. Washroom is dirty , not clean well at all. The floors are also dirty. The bed is comfortable. The staff renders good service. The in house restaurant is also good.

Washroom and floors needs proper cleaning.

The bed was nice, food is nice

Rooms not like in picture, poor sustainace of rooms, not cleaned properly especially the bathroom amd toilets. Elevator without light is another example of poor maintained property. Staff hangs around at night in lobby.

The room was big spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy

Breakfast was bad

It could have been better. Had to wait for chutney, vada, etc. at 9 AM. Not enough man power.

Breakfast was not great—the same menu on all three days we stayed.

The hotel is centrally located, the property is well maintained, neat & clean but the restaurant service is not upto mark

Front office executives too arrogant Don’t know how the management kept them in job I suppose to extend my stay even I paid for the extension they forget it’s a hospitality industry Then I cancelled and stayed in other hotel called sahana castle

Clean hotel with 4 star amenities..Very good restaurant with friendly staff..Access road is little plicated due to new traffic rules..Please call up the hotel before arriving for clear directions to take.

Rooms need better upkeeping ..But still is maintained well.

The room has a jacuzzi in it!!! Not just in a corner of the room but in a separate section. Can't beat that :) We had some trouble with the fuse of the power going off in the room and someone came up immediately and fixed it, even though it was late at night.Overall the room was quite spacious, clean, comfortable, and better than our expectations for a smallish town.

The food was just okay and the service at the restaurant could certainly use an upgrade. The checkout experience too was really really slow.

The bed spread was not clean even and the sink in the toilet as well. Dirt particles on the floor. The staff were not interactive as much. The service is not worth the price

Breakfast was fairly good but the location is very, very bad.Who did give 4 Star status to this Hotel ? The building was build for 4 star hotel but the facilities are no star hotel.

Nothing I like of this hotel and my money I paid for is just a waste of money. Past 60 over years we both, my wife and Iwere traveling around the world and staying in 4 star and 5 star hotels but this hotel found to be very, very poor,It doesn't deserve to give star status. In fact I was taken ill the next day of our checking in and sick until we checked out.I have to consult one of the doctors in Nagercoil. Because I was sick I am forced to cancel my trip to Madurai and Coimbatore and accordingly we have to cancel our hotel bookings both at Madurai- Marrriott Hotel and CoimbatoreRaddison Blu.I will not recommend any patron to stay in this hotel. We both were most dissapointed.

The reception staff was friendly.

The restaurant staff was one of the worst ever; they had no clue what they were doing; needed lot of training. Very unprofessional attire and attitude. This hotel is 20 km from Kanyakumari. Too far from all sight-seeing places in Kanyakumari.

As your name spells, our stay was "GRAND".Hospitality was in its peak. Clealiness scores full mark. Restaurant team will be ever in memory.

Just give a strict instruction to the concerned, to be punctual in replenishing waterbottles, necessary dipper pkts etc before a call from room.

Lovely spacious rooms and big beds, nice breakfast

The bar felt exclusive, randomly closed at some times to me and my family even though other groups of men were in there. The hotel should be inclusive of everyone.

Central location, parking available, room for driver stay, friendly staff, WiFi good, Food good.

Executive Room upkeep poor, housekeeping staff poorly trained, Linen quality poor, few TV Channels, Room & Bathroom Lighting poor. No view except congested rooftops.

1. The room is very very spacious.2. The property is ing general very clean.3. The hospitality was good.4. We didn't opt for breakfast at the property, so not sure of how good the food is.

1. Very difficult to reach the hotel as all road are one way, so we will need to go round about and reach the property.2. None of the amenities mentioned in the website is available like for eg. Gym.3. Food is below average and priced too much for the taste and quantity.

An average hotel, which may be good for people whose bills are paid by their company..!

After check-in was completed (which took almost 06-13 minutes...!), i asked the reception staff to send some one to help me with my luggage in the car (which was parked at the basement parking), and i've waited for almost 15minutes, and finally ended up in carrying my luggage myself to room..! The hotel charges were 3528INR (for deluxe room/incl taxes..!) and its not worth of it..! The interior looks good, with comfy bed. But apart from the two factors, there is no added advantage of a upper class property, in a city like Nagercoil. Actually this place lacks with a decent hotel, which meets the expectation.

There were no basic facilities Ike drinking water after 10 pm !!Also the staff was not caring and understanding when requesting for basic amenities which is a common norm in a 4 star hotel
