Hotel Ganesh Lodge

I am writing to report a very bad experience related to my booking at your lodge, even though I did not stay there.Before arrival, I was asked to make full payment. However, your website indicates that payment is required only after staying at the lodge. This information is misleading and was not clearly communicated at the time of booking.In addition, the behavior of the staff during my communication with them was rude and unprofessional. Due to the misleading payment information and poor staff behavior, I decided not to proceed with the stay.This experience caused inconvenience and disappointment. I request that you review your payment policy information and improve staff conduct to avoid similar issues for other customers.I look forward to your response.

Nothing, completely wasted service

No blanket , AC switch were off by the manager, we spare just before 12 hrs the manager every time asking when you check-out. Rude attitude, water leaking in the toilet, totally waste room

Nothing I liked. The worst hotel in KANYAKUMARI and India

The worst hotel in KANYAKUMARI and probably in INDIA. I opened the door and saw a small snake. Plz go at your risk. Prefer hotel ganga which is clean and at less cost.

There is no mineral water to drink we had to buy it or fill it from outsideBed and pillows were very dirtyThere is no complimentry soap, oil and they have not provided towel.

Bad booking.com

. making hotel booking using booking.com is waste as we didn't get any help from you when we needed at the hotel. We booked for 2 AC triple rooms for 2 nights and paid half the price as advance and we got rooms in adjacent hotel only after police intervention. Pathetic

You mean the complimentary breakfast? Not provided. Location ok. Rooms are to be repaired. Facilities are not upto the expectation as depicted in the website.

All. Rooms are not upto the expectations. Facilities are also. To be improved more. Ceilingt of One of the rooms provided was in the falling stage. At any time it may fall. So we did not use one room at all. But we paid for the entire four rooms. To be improved in all aspects.

Disappointing

I booked online showing price including taxes 1000/- , they are taking 1120/- said that extra GST 120/-. That room room temperature hot. I get bad experience

Staff are friendly,Location is perfect near railway station,main road and even beach is not far from hotel...

Room are clean some how but they have to add new matdress and blanket

Hotel is mai road location very close all facilities food hotel mosque small super market opposite fruit stall. Beach nearby walkable distance below 1 km wax museum vivekananda museum railway station ATM facilities no need to pay auto fare hotel in right location parking facility

Old constructions building, No proper maintenance, No cleanlyness, Waste of money, Not worth of money, No hot water, TVs are not working condition, Toilets are bad, worst, Beds are not comfortable.

Hotel location was good,

Not provided a bed sheet, towel, after my several request,there is no response

Room was too small, beds were too small to accommodate two adults and two kids. Old and torn wed sheets, no intercom, TV not working, dustbin provided was without cover, no sofa or chairs it maybe due to conjusted room space. It seems properly made with only intention to loot money from tourist without thinking about their comfort.

Location is near railway stn.

Very Bad Hotel

Hotel rooms are very dirty, I checked out that day , Manegement are not given money back but they behave very scary. It's horrible experience.They didn't know how to behave with customer.

Handy for the station, the manager was very pleasant and let us store our baggage after we checked out!

A/C unreliable.. had to keep window shutters closed as window was directly onto the passageway.. no mosquito protection on windows!
