Hotel Sangam

Only breakfast is available. No lunch or dinner. The best part of this hotel is location. Its located on main road where you can board or deboard any public transport bus. Its walking distance from main point.

They gave towel and toiletries very late, at 6pm

After the confirmation of the stay we went to Sangam hotel.But the manager told that the previous visitors have not checked out.He also told that they have no collaboration with booking.com.Thier only collaboration is with MakeMyTrip.It was a bad experience for us and we had to find other accommodation.I can't trust you anymore and going to delete this account

No staff are smilingNo helpful attitudeRoom cleanliness is just a disaster…dust hairs everywhere,filthy toilets etcBreakfast is another disaster,same menu on all three days,dried icky and uthappam…tea was never hot,breakfast staff were unhappy to see us coming to eatAny requests when asked they were acting like uninterested and unwilling to help,seems like they are doing a helpOn the day of check in I asked if I could be explained on the bill breakdown and they just replied whatever you booked you will be paying and nothing to explain.Also they were mentioning we have so many hotels in the location etc etc …completely unnecessary I was paying via card…reception team were with an attitude…if you want to pay by card you will face IT issues…this is completely unnecessary…what’s their issue as far as I am paying it as agreedI asked for bill when I paid and they didn’t not give till check out and I wish if they can send it via my email

We were staying for 1 night, hotel was nice, good location, clean, Indian breakfast was also good.

Lousy hotel and front desk

For paid upgraded room it was not at all worth it. Amenities were absolutely zero. Had i directly booked probably i would have got it at half the price i paid. No restaurant available at the hotel. Booking.com should reconsider about promoting this hotel.

It is old and run down , we were not informed that there was no restraunt , it was noisy through the night and linen needs to be changed

Poor client attentions. Poor in supply of amenities Breakfast limited items. Restaurant facilities almost nil . Poor training of staff.

Location of Property is very good. Main attractions are on walking distance from Hotel.

High waiting time for check-in. Family Room allotted to us was on lower ground. Ambiance of Room is dull. rooms windows open on narrow road behind the hotel. Where lot of Noise of Parked vehicle is there. There no view from Lower ground rooms. It was required to remind twice to get Towels. No toiletries in Wash room.

Unprofessional Hotel. When I reached near to Kanyakumari, they cancelled the booking. I was forced to plan something else.

Location was good. Breakfast had very limited option and not of good quality as well. Only Veg option is there. Better to put at least egg in the menu.

Staff involvement and more room services. Need to add some good quality complementary stuffs like tea, coffee, good quality soaps etc should be included.

Proximity to the seashore and monuments

Insisted on cash payment or Google pay to the worker instead of the hotel

Service was excellent. We had the power failures many times during our stay. Therefore, AC stopped working. We were given a single room instead of two separate rooms that we had requested and paid for.

The room are big and spacious. Great location.

The bathrooms are not upto the mark. Renovation is required.

Perfect location. All required facilities are available. Polite and well behaved staff. Cleanliness is 10/10..rooms are spacious.

Inhouse restaurant is really high priced.
