It is located within a 15 minute walk to the Nagercoil Junction railway station. The man who helped me to my room was very nice and eager to help!

The man at the front desk was rude. The rooms and hallways were filthy.

Toilets are not cleaned properly Last toilet also not cleaned We have changed 2rooms both are similar Beds not much clean

Very good location. We could go evrywhere by foot.

There is a very nice terrace, but a little unused (no any chairs)

Noisy at night as central location close to temples and worshippers up early. Also visited during Independence celebrations do may have been due to that. View of brick wall from window. Room passable for one night and clean

The guy at the counter kept us waiting. He is always grumpy - the facial expression is 'why are you harassing me?'. Elevator breaks down often. Before we checked out, one guy came to check the room to ensure that we did not steal anything! After paying Rs. 4,480 for a day, I certainly expected a better place

The staff were helpful and nice, and the room was big. The location is super convenient and just walking distance to all the main points. The AC works well.

The mattress was dirty and had food (some sev and dry raisins) on it. I wasn't given a towel on check-in and had to specifically request for it. Nor was there a sheet or blanket to cover during sleep. The bed is too hard, and the view from the window was just a wall 1 meter away. The rooftop could be a great place to chill, but at present it's just a mess and could use a lot of TLC.

Location is too good. Every main place is at walkable distance.

Hot water was not at all available. Place from where sunrise can be seen is full waste material no place available to stand.

Room was good, clean. The ferry point, temple, restaurant & beach are on the same street. And you can watch the sunrise from the terrace itself.

We changed our room but found that the TVs do not function in any room. Cable connection problem.

Best family Hotel in Kanyakumari to visit Temple, Rock Memorial, Beach and many more from this Hotel. All points are 1 to 5 minute walk distance.

eventhough booking.com said to pay at the property.. on the eve of the visit, the hotel asked for advance and otherwise rhey threatened to cancel the booking if advance is not paid.

Location and room size.

The room had no platform to keep the luggage.And no electric kettle was available so it's an inconvenience if you need hot water.

Break fast was not includee. Location was great !!

In the first room provided, flush was not working !!

Close to the temple.

The room was not clean, the bathroom had stains and hair on the window.The sheets and towel had stains, There was no working wifi.The AC was not working properly. The lift kept shutting down.Finally, there was a lot of power outage at night and in the morning which made the stay there all the more stressful.

Great location and clean room and bathroom. Nice roof terrace for sunrise. Super close to temple and memorial and the beaches for sunrise and sunset. The manager did try to assist me when I needed but communication was difficult. I appreciated his efforts though.

I kept being disturbed by other guests knocking on my door, using the wrong key to try and access my room, and calling through the door. I asked the manager what was happening and he said he would investigate but it kept happening.Also the WiFI completely disappeared for almost two days of my stay. And there was only one working socket in my room.I tried to explain and ask for clarity but communication was difficult.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff, Beach and major sightseeing just walkable. Value for money
