HOTEL SRIDEVI

Location, Staff, Parking. All in all 8 out of 10. Would recommend everyone. I booked a non AC room and later upgraded to AC room. The upgrade was so smooth.

Nothing as such.

We cancelled our booking due to the condition of room and bathroom,and stayed in another hotel .

I had booked the property on line and to our dismay , the Room was not at clean , bathroom was very dirty and stinking and the Staff had the guts to say that it’s season and in seasons room can’t be cleaned properly.We cancelled our booking and stayed in other hotel.

The biggest problem is that there is no facilities of canteen, kitchen or restaurant.

i have booked from bookings.com once i reach hotel they said their rooms are full.so i paid separately for 2 ac rooms because i went with my family and untime too. rooms are so pathetic and worst smelly furnitures.

The rooms are big and spacious. It's a good property which, if maintained right would earn more.

Most of the facilites dint work. Intercom, helper the clean if needed. the bathroom was not clean.

Location, good behavior of staff

Cleanliness, very noisy in the night, no tea/ coffee maker, no charging port for mobiles, drinking water availability, morning tea,/ coffee availability, no restaurant in the hotel.

Worst stay ever had

Reception staff behaviour was very bad. We were provided with the worst rooms available. The showers were not working. AC remote was not given, TV had no remote, Blankets were bad quality

Bathrooms not upto the mark, leaking taps. Whole day sunlight from windows ad curtains were light colour.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The staff was rude and would constantly chase us around for tips, place was grossly understaffed, not located beach front, no wifi, no services that were said they had they actually had, we paid for AC but the AC stopped working after an hour, the bathroom door was so moldy it had a huge hole in it, we left a day early because we were so unhappy. And when we checked out early the staff just laughed at us.

No hot water, and fair cleanliness

The Bellboy and Watchman were kind and helpful. The room is a comfortable size and the AC worked.

The were no toiletries, No iron box, No luggage rack.. Intercom was not working. Had to make an STD call from my mobile to the reception and they did not answer. No food or restaurant, The pillow covers were previously used had to request a change. I got back late and when I went to bed at 1am, I realized both the bed sheets were folded when it was still wet, No laundry service was provided. There was a constant dripping of water below the wash basin. What was mentioned that it is a 3 star hotel on Booking.com was not true, Wondering if Booking.com is verifying details of properties they advertise.

Good Hotel in prime location with ample of parking space. Staff were nice, room is worth for the money.

The wifi never picked up if you login from the room. It worked only in the lounge in front of the hotel
