-I think the low ratings are mostly given by foreigners or people who have never stayed in 2 2-star hotels. For a 2 star property it has everything and is decently clean.- Hotel had comfy bed, clean washrooms, toiletries and towel.-had ample car parking and located at prime location - Very good value for money and the lowest price

Nothing only the location is situated in main town

No wifi, small room, geyser is not in working condition. Also no switch board is working. When we complained about it they are asking for extra money for room change. So, we immediately leave the hotel and found another hotel near by with same price. Overall bad experience.

I liked the hospitality of the receptionist ☺️He was very calm and provided a better service.The amount was the same as per i booked (pov: some hotels told me to pay more than the booked price as it is not acceptable)

The hotel & room wasn’t how described on website,no restaurant,no kettle ,noisy,bathroom poor ,no hot water only lukewarm & hardly came out of the shower at all ,booked online it said the hotel took credit cards when we arrived the card machine wouldn’t except our international credit card spent along time with the manager trying to explain that they advertise they take Mastercard /visa but they didn’t ,eventually the day we were leaving he arrived with a link for us to pay which did so,but it was all very stressful & unnecessary,they should have suitable equipment to be able to take payment ,walls are so thin you could hear people in the next room turn a light switch on .

Pathetic experience all in all..Hotel staff greeted me with a stupid argument that I'm not allowed to stay single even if I pre pay for accommodation..this is the dumbest rule one would get welcomed with..absolute zero care for guests and staff is so rude.would never ever recommend this idiotic hotel again..

Rooms are good. But air conditioner is very old. Rest all are ok.

There was no kitchen in the hotel, even to provide bare tea. No arrangement for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.

Location is very close to the tourist points

The staff was very helpful.. but the amenities were very poor. Hot water for bath was an issue and i requested them several times to have water.

The restaurant next to the hotel is serving good food and the owner is good. Hotel staff is not clean and neither believe in keeping things clean

Badly designed spaces. Presented in pictures in a way that it is disillusioning. Very far from beach road. Hardly any view or sense of location

Terrifying. We left the hotel the next morning

it says it has a sea view but it doesn't. The images shown are stock images and unrealistic. Small and unclean rooms. The bed was dirty and were given torn towels.

the receptionist was very rude. he offered taxi service which was very exorbitant in cost. when we refused to take his taxi his attitude became very rude

-set of cosmetics and toothbrushes in a nice sealed bag was such a nice gift-elevator in the building-helpful staff available 24/7-bed was comfortable

-water heater wasn't working during the first day-the wifi wasn't reaching my room by any chance-there were power outages-no power socket close to the bedside-no towels provided-windowseal was not perfect and it let few mosquitos enter the room-high humidity level-room is very small

Aminable and friendly staff. Nice balcony. Cheap. The little cafe has friendly staff and will serve hot dosas for a very reasonable price. Happy with the location, at the other end of the town.

Needs a good scrub. Especially the bathroom. Lighting and switches needs repairing. Fix the shower heads.
