I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Melody Park. The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the boating point to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and within walking distance of the Sunrise Viewpoint, making it ideal for sightseeing. Additionally, there are plenty of good vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options.The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Kanyakumari.

Excellent location. Closer to Temple, Boating to Vivekananda rock, sun rise.
They should accept debit or credit card. At least Booking inform should inform there is no card facility. Last week 22,23 and 29,30 the BSNL signals were weak so it was difficult use G Pay very embarrassing. Anticipating I carried some money and recused ourselves from the situation.
On site it was written air conditioned and breakfast complimentary, but hotel staff informed us, customers who are coming through booking.com have to pay extra for AC and Complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms were small and not very neat. As for me with this experience , next time travelling I will hesitate to book through booking.com
Room was good. There was a sea facing balcony for the additional amount of Rs.200/- day. They provided tooth paste, tooth brushes and a small quantity of coconut oil, Hot water is available in morning hours. Though Lift was not operating on second day i.e. 24.10.2023 other days it was working.
Restaurant service is very poor. You will never get room service after ordering. They even will not inform you their inability to serve in the room. Lift become Unserviceable on 24.1.2023. Lift is too smelly. Second day they are not giving Soaps tooth paste, Drinking water bottle on of stay without asking. No one is coming for cleaning on daily basis- Room cleaning and waste removal is done before check in only.
Bathrooms need to cleaning and water flows on taps were not regular. Need to check the water flowing accessories/ taps before alot the rooms to guests.

Staff at the reception were unprofessional.There was a local package available but we were not informed about the same inspite of enquiring about it,we wasted one day.
While coming checking out, we dropped one of the key in the lift gap and keys could not be recovered as they said that they have no technician to open the lift around and they had no intention to help us out as the lift were working normally. They allowed us to leave the property only after extorting a huge sum without a receipt. I never had this kind of experience in Tamil Nadu which usually a customer friendly.

The worst thing about parking facilities was that they were parked some one in front of my car and I had planned to start my trip at 6.30 am, and have checked out the room and waited for above 1 hrs to take the car, and i am disappointed today's plan has been totally collapsed

The bell boy was asking tip everyday. The recoptionist could have given more information on city n tours as I happen to miss 2pm bus tour.
