Complete scam regarding non information about the renovation work and poor facilities You have charged me 40000 ₹ for 3 days and done this fraud

Kitchen staff were poor in communication. Breakfast didn't start until 8 am, we were told it starts at 7:30 am. Rooms were small and dated. TV appliances were small and old.

Location is excellent. Easy to reach and with sea just in from after crossing the road. Ideal for relaxing a few days. The service is also excellent.

Rooms appear to be old and dark. There is not enough lighting in the rooms at night. Charging points are only one and as family we found it difficult to charge the mobile & camera. Practically no tables in the room. There is no dressing mirror with adequate lighting. Every time you have to depend upon the bathroom mirror. There are no towel rods in the bath room which appears to re-done. Only one small hook in just behind the bathroom door. This is not adequate.

We were not informed that we can get fresh dosa on request.live omlate and dosa can be in front for customers to order

Not clean we have to change room and hot water after several hours we only warm water

The hospitality element of the hotel..... the reception staff were not helpful.... the restaurant staff did not know how to treat guests........ overall the staff needs a lot of improvement . The air conditioning was not functioning properly. The toilet seats were dislodged. They wanted advance payment for an extra mattress

Location of resort is perfect, and walkable distance from the attractions of Kanyakumari (ferry ride, sunset and sunrise points) and most convenient. Helpful reception and helpful kitchen staff. Reception helped us to get taxi with very reasonable price.

The property looks old, needs a refurbishing - however it was clean and well maintained. The dining area was crowded and noisy - helpful staff made it better.

The pools didnt have kids tube, and the rooms are kind of old but i guess for the price and for the locality this is the best

Location is nice

A. C in the room doesn't work. We were given another small room above the portico which doesn't have curtains and there was lighting throughout the night. I think they don't provide good rooms if we book through any App. I suggested to provide curtains in the room which we stayed so that in future other occupants will not suffer like us. They allotted Room no 201 for me.

The bar timings displayed right outside the Bar entrance were incorrect and woefully outdated, it seems. It ended up spoiling our entire evening as we had planned based on the displayed timings.

Rooms are not cleaned and maintained properly. No hospitality other than welcome drink. In house kitchen does not offer South Indian food for lunch and dinner.. Beds are not cleaned and skin rashes are inevitable.. Pool is full of chemicals and causing eye burns.. no proper parking… based on luck you get a slot or u need to park somewhere in hot sun…

Very close to the sea. Some rooms have sea view as well and are very spacious as well

Worst place.dirty floor.tiles maybe 10 y old.blanket 15 years old.bad smell.

Property do not change any amenities.nasty place.this places not 5000rs only 1500 rs.
