The surrounding places are good, closer to the temple with good sea view and amazing environment.Overall place is managed well with good staff and would likely to visit and stay here again

Pillow was very soft, because this sleeping was not easy, bed sheet was not good and I think not change from long time

Hotel is very good and it's suitable for office and vacation. Swimming pool is chargeable it has to give free to the customer. But for adults 200 R's for 1 hour. Children 100 for 1 hour, we are very disappointed. We never came across 3 stat hotel charging swimming pool extra. Otherwise everything is good.

It’s cheating !!! Useless place and I wonder how did this very cheap property got in to booking.com list. Booking.com misused the “trust” factor and made me book the property. U made the payment as soon as we reached the place without verifying the property facilities. It stinks, it’s like 200 rs. Lodge! I did complaint!! Did you take any action? U expect you to refund the money u had paid there.

Room was Large but smelling bad...the curtains, Mats were dirty. It seemed the blankets were also uncleaned. It was midnight check-in. I stayed here earlier in 2016 and so booked this hotel for the family but the experience was not good. The Front desk was good but the Housekeeping was not proper. Some local repair required for the wooden sofa, plywood panel in the handwashing tub, curtain mounting wooden frame from where particles like insects were being falling on regular basis. The bad smell may be due to rotten wood.

In the midnight so many uncultured guests checked-in making noises. Seems I sufficient staff to deal with.

The hotel claim of a sea view room means stepping outside to the foyer from where the sea can be viewed. After raising this point was offered a change of room which had a partial sea view. Not all rooms have this view.

To view the sun rise one has to go to the terrace and la behold when U get there you see clothes line, stream with lots and lots of clothes making it a sore sight to use for photography of one of the best natures gift "a sunrise".To cream if the restaurant was closed for dinner making this accommodation only good for lodging for us. Paid a bit high as whilst comparison found other properties where from the rooms window, can view the mighty ocean, with restaurant and room service too.

Location was good

The staff was rude. We were not given basic things like water/tea. The person in charge at night spoke with extreme rudeness when we asked for water and ac remote. The staff took their sweet time every time we asked for something basic like towels, water, remote etc

No facility,no iron box ,not neat ,there were annoying noise from the ac and they charged 260rs just for bf that olny 1 alo chapathi and poori,and they charged 3500rs per room

Good staff with high courtesy

Our experience did not meet our expectations based on the advertisement. We struggled to sleep because the window rattled and created a loud noise from the wind. Although we requested a kettle, we had trouble using it due to poor connectivity. There was only one electrical socket available, which made it impossible to charge both of our mobile phones and our GoPro camera. Additionally, one section of the ceiling was detached. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we felt it was not worth even half of what we paid. We decided to vacate the room early in the morning, as it was more comfortable to leave for another destination than to try to get some sleep after returning from the sunrise view.

The staff approach was not conducive and the restaurant offers were limited without south Indian dishes! Hot water was meagre.

Location is good

Very dirty rooms, toilets and wash basin area smells. Don't book with a family for holidays. Not worth it. Very noisy closing doors from other rooms make you awake at night. First time a bad experience from booking through Booking.com. wastage of money,very disappointing ?

Tjis is a 3 star accommodation, but very bad thing is no facility for tea and coffee in the room. All other facilities are good.

Close to the sea.

It was dirty. When we arrived, they put us in a horrible, smelly, dirty room with a window which rattled all the time. We had booked and paid for a deluxe room. We complained, and got a better room, but it was still not very clean. There was mould on the bathroom door and the ceiling fan was filthy. There were hairs on the bed from the previous guests. There was no top sheet, just an unpleasant blanket which looked well used. We did not look for the restaurant or the swimming pool. We ate somewhere else and left in the morning. It is not a good place to stay.

It is in prime location and easy accessable for site seeing

Rooms are not maintained.Some doors have no proper locks.No room service. Towels were not clean. Smells bad.Allotted rooms in 6th floor. Lift facility till 5th floor only. My aged parents suffered a lot.Only North Indian food on complementary breakfast. Even I confirms my arrival, they have not allotted rooms. They says that mostly the visitors are not coming if they booked through booking.com
