Building work not completed. No exhaust fan in bathroom. The bathroom has a foul smell.. Totally i am not satisfied with the property.

The property is good and staff is also well behaved.Hot water is not available. They don't provide water bottles also

Disappointing Experience – Unfair Check-in Policy

I booked a room at Rani Residency, Kanyakumari through Booking.com, but when I arrived for check-in, the hotel refused to accommodate me, stating that they do not allow unmarried couples. This policy was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing at the time of booking.This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient, as I had already made travel plans based on this reservation. If such a rule exists, it should be clearly stated upfront to avoid wasting customers' time and money.I had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects clear and transparent policies. Be cautious before booking here!Let me know if you want any tweaks!

Not reliable. No transparency.

My room was probably assigned to another guest. I was asked to go to another hotel owned by the same management. I was first told I didn't have a booking, then they said Booking.com has a policy about cancellations which I need to discuss with them. Then they said Booking.com does not allow single people to check in. After I negated all these by showing my previous bookings in the week, they said the Collector of Kanya Kumari had instructed them to not issue rooms to single travelers. I then booked a room in a hotel right next to them.

We didn't like much this property. Washroom is broken, bed bugs in bed, they are not cooperating at all.

Surrounding no disturbances.. Residency located in peaceful street.. But for food we have to walk 15mins down slope... If u have vehicle just 3 mins only.

Bathroom was so smelly after our use at last found a leak and fan sound was so noisy cant sleep most of the time

The cleanliness was not upto the mark of hotels. Bedsheets had stains of all different kinds and forms. Even after the complains, the ones we received had similar issue.

When I was booking the room, a lot of expectations were in my mind. But the things are not digestible when I reach Rani residency. They charged me an additional 12%, claiming that GST charges. The facility was not occupied with a lift, which was not mentioned in the hotel description. My aged parents had to climb the steps to the first floor which was quite uncomfortable for them, also they provided a second room on the second floor. There are no meals provided by the hotel. No telephone service to the reception, even for each single item, you have to step down the floor to reception. No proper parking facility. Shortly the rate of about 7228 RS I paid for most probably approximately 1000 RS facility only. Very much disappointed.
