The view from my room was spectacular!

The staff treated me like an idiot when I asked for toilet paper (there was none), when I asked for the WiFi password--which no one could get to work--and when I asked for help with the tv (which no else could get to work either). The room was very noisy.

Location. right at the point of sun rise.

A little bit of a focus on the wash area and its maintenance would have made me give this property full marks. Room and the furniture etc very impressive at the price

AC unit beside window was rusted.Sermons from churches and mosques very disturbing.

Our stay was good. It was a nice place, the rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was very friendly. There were enough parking areas, it was near all the attractions, and there was a nice buffet breakfast. We took only breakfast.A small suggestion: We booked three rooms. The shower was not working in one room, but when we told them, they gave us a new room, which we appreciated. One suggestion to the hotel team is to check that everything is working correctly before giving it to the people, so this can be avoided.

Rooms are good with good view of Vivekananda memorial and sunrise. The location is excellent and they provide good breakfast.

Defective bathroom light was neither replaced nor repaired despite assurances by the polite staff.

The only things that we liked about the hotel are the location and the stunning view from our room .Solomon,the dining hall in charge was really warm and helpful.

The hotel is shabby, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least.We were constantly receiving strange messages and links asking us to make payments though booking.com had said that no pre payment was required, the msgs even said that our booking was going to be cancelled. Needless to say, we were very concerned and, after much effort, finally managed to speak to a manager who was very helpful and told us that those msgs were fake/scam. We were told that the same thing is happening to many other guests.I do feel that the hotel needs to check and control this through the Cyber security authorities.

Reception staff was very welcoming, especially , a person Steffan helped alot at overall level, very welcoming staff.

Facilities were not that great in the hotel room.

Bathrooms were just okay and the food spread was pretty basic

The hotel lacks a swimming pool, but the room was spacious and offered a lovely ocean view. There’s a vibrant nightlife and plenty of local shops nearby, adding to the convenience. The staff were very helpful with luggage and offered useful advice for our stay. Right across from the hotel, “The Curry” restaurant has an extensive menu with delicious dishes at reasonable prices.

However, being in a religious area, you may hear loud church music as early as 5 a.m., which some might appreciate, while others might find it disruptive. The breakfast, unfortunately, was quite disappointing, lacking variety and flavor.

Restaurant is good located and the sea view. Food was excellent. Cleanliness is another point of good impression. I like the staff behaviour too.

The hotel did not provide a working Digital Safety vault. The staff kept on saying we will take personal guarantee if valuables and Passport is lost. How can they give a personal guarantee for loss of passport.

Amazing location, its at the center and all visiting places are at walkable distance. Amazing staff, staff was very cooperative. View was amazing from restaurant balcony.

Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was very helpful and rooms are clean and well maintained. View from restaurant balcony is amazing. Breakfast we will give it as 8/10, it coule have been better. Our family has enjoyed a lot in the hotel, thanks a lot for amazing service.

Booking com said qieen bed and sofa bed , paid for it, there are no rooms like that. Little disappointing to pay for extra bed.
