Glai Gan Place Hotel

Best hotel ever I have been. Very clean and cosy. The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. Comfortable bed.The pool is clean and large. The lobby has sitting possibilities as well outside by the pool with a coffee shop. You can get your lunch/ dinner served there too or go to the Garden restaurant in the building behind the pool.Very satisfied with this hotel. Good english spoken and everybody is so kind. 100% recommended.

The breakfast buffet is not very apt for vegetarian/vegan people and the price / value not very even for what you can eat like fruit and salad, tea coffee and no warm food.

Toilet FLOOR, level floor of shower zone is the same level of dry area. so must be careful to fall down.

Comfortable bed, decent shower temperature and pressure, pool long enough for lap swimming and a fair salad bar at the breakfast buffet. Given the choice to pay cash on arrival.

Minor points only, no orange juice or brown bread at breakfast, tv was a bit small.

Location.Use of storage room for extra luggage.

Arrived early but was told that, even though the room was ready, I would have to pay a surcharge. I booked through booking.com with which I am a loyal customer. Power sockets not easily accessible.

Swimming pool for children,

We had 2 rooms next to each other, but the children's room smelled of cigarette smoke. To their credit, they offered to change the room, but it meant the children wouldn't be next to us.

People having breakfast in their night clothes.Pool bar closed on Monday.Bar in air conditioned room only open during meal times. Expected to sit outside in 40 degrees of heat.

We just stayed for one night. The room was clean but the lighting in the room was very stark white and not romantic - no bedside lamp, and the seats in the room were quite plasticky and just one bed pillow each. There were pigeons pooing on the balcony. There was a good choice for breakfast. We did not feel particularly well greeted at reception on arrival

Mattress was too stiff but this is the norm in Asia. My room could have used some new paint and floor trim but otherwise nice room

friendly, good appearance, has a place to eat, evening entertainment & drinks, pool.

the room seemed well cleaned, the shower could use a little extra cleaning.

Newly renovated

The bathroom partition was not calked and the shower water leak out to the toilet area making the bathroom wet.

Everything was great.

We used the hotel as a 1 night stopover to break a long journey. The hotel was excellent for this purpose giving us the perfect place to relax. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. This was our second visit and will always use again when we make this journey.

Stayed for 4 days & nights at Glai Gan Palace really enjoyed our stay Exceptional & Professional staff , large room with Both Modern Decor and appliances shower was fine Tv was Good plus the room had a decent sized Balcony the price of the room included a decent breakfast the restaurant was Very good with a reasonably priced and varied menu also the hotel a Good swimming pool I really enjoyed my stay and would stay hear again

Normal stay experience, no real problems with this hotel, stay often, will stay again

"Hot" breakfast items were cold. Not a problem for Thais but disliked by most holiday makers and choice is limited. However I've stayed here about 6 times so it's not putting me off

Location is okay.

1. the swimming pool was not clean!2. can pay with credit card with extra 3%!3. the washroom is small and not enough accessories!4. breakfast food items are very less!5. the room size small and cannot go balcony easily!

Good price, pretty convenient if you drive. Decent parking lot, spacious room
