- Everything was as expected. It was good value,
- Dirty room. Sink full of long black hair! Electricity cut out in the middle of my shower, no lights etc. Eventually found the trip switch and reset it. Pigeons roosting (and crapping) all over the balcony and rails. Cooing and making noise all night.
- - the sink was broken : all the water goes to the floor of the bathroom. I informed the reception : immediately they reacted but it has not been possible to fix this problem before my departure (only one night in the hotel).- impossible to close the door of the bathroom from the bedroom side : then the noise of the big road is accentuated because the (very small) ventilation windows in the bathroom can't be closed.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and the WiFi was ok. It was situated on a busy road and had restaurants, convenience stores and a market nearby and there was ample parking.
The air conditioner barely worked so we had a hot and sticky bad nights sleep and there was a lot of road noise. The room did have a balcony but it was very small and covered with pidgeon excrement. The breakfast had very little choice, and had nearly already been taken, not even a fruit juice provided.
Great stop off going to or leaving Bangkok for the north thailand. Good onsite restaurant and bar.
