- The TV in the room offered Prime video, but when I logged into my account I could only receive programs in dubbed Japanese. Even if I continued watching a movie that I had started watching in English.
- The location also, there isn't much around the area, you need to go to the other side of the exit for more access to the bus, food, cafe, convenience stores.Also, the bathtub. The tub is smaller compared to area hence the curtain is close to your body and a slight movement makes the curtain stick to your body during shower.I don't like it that way since the curtain is most likely not too clean. Also, the water temp is hard to adjust. It's still using manual way to turn for hot or cold water and mix it together.Pillow is very small and low, should provide 2 as standard or a bigger pillow for more comfort.

We’ve liked other route Inns so we thought we knew what to expect but the bed quality at this route inn was rough. No one slept well and we were all awake by 0500 after a late night of driving.

The WiFi was terrible. No WiFi in room. The Front desk gave me a router to plug in . It only worked about 10% of the time. I expect much better from a business type hotel.Breakfast was below averageDinner was not tastyThe mens bath was very small
