Great location.
Small room size. No disposable slippers. No shower cap.
Good room and service, friendly staff. Pretty nice breakfast. Good pay to use laundry room (200 yen per use). Good onsen
The toilet is a bit cramped but still highly functional. Breakfast options is slightly limited.
The interior of the hotel looks new and clean and the location is close to the train station, grocery stores, and a shopping center. There is an area where you could work in the lobby with a free coffee machine. The desk in the room is relatively large compared to most business hotels even with a small room. So there is also no problem working in the room. Good for business travelers.
Although they provide different types of pillows (depending on the availability) for you to pick up in the lobby, I still could not find the suitable one for me. The base pillow in the room is too hard and not so comfortable. It's also too big to be put aside. The fridge is quite small.
The breakfast is amazing and the staff is super friendly.
The rooms are small but they are as pictured and they are normal size for Japan. Just small compared to American rooms.
the employees where so kind and everything was clean and super well situated. I recommend this place 100%
